<div class="text-justify">Les cuento un poco de mi y de mis pasiones sobre las cuales estaré escribiendo y dando tips por aquí. Soy atleta de alto rendimiento en la disciplina de ultimate frisbee, formo parte de la selección femenina de Venezuela, también soy entrenadora y capitana del equipo mixto de mi ciudad, soy runner y practíco yoga constantemente para entrenar también mi espíritu, actualmente me encuentro de reposo pues tuve una fractura en mi pie la cual requirió de una cirugía, en estos meses de recuperación he seguido sirviendo a mi deporte dictando clínicas deportivas a los niños de la Fundación Charlene (/fundacioncharlene en instagram). Esto ha sido gracias al aporte de indumentaria deportiva donada por La gira habla claro, otra fundación de la cual soy embajadora y se encarga de enseñar el deporte a niños en colegios y de situación vulnerable en Venezuela (/girahablaclaro en instagram)</div>

>I'll tell you a little about myself and my passions about which I will be writing and giving tips here. I am a high performance athlete in the discipline of ultimate frisbee, I am part of the women's national team of Venezuela, I am also coach and captain of the mixed team of my city, I am a runner and I practice yoga constantly to also train my spirit, I am currently resting because I had a fracture in my foot which required surgery, in these months of recovery I have continued serving my sport by dictating sports clinics to the children of the Charlene Foundation (/fundacioncharlene on instagram). This has been thanks to the contribution of sports clothing donated by La gira habla claro, another foundation of which I am an ambassador and is responsible for teaching sports to children in schools and vulnerable situations in Venezuela (/girahablaclaro on instagram).

<div class="text-justify">El deporte forma parte fundamental de mi vida, me hace inmensamente feliz y trato de transmitirlo siempre, enseñar y motivar a las personas a siempre dar lo mejor tanto en la cancha como fuera de ella es algo que me apasiona. Estaré escribiendo bastante sobre esto así quizá logro motivar a alguien por aquí también jaja</div>

>Sport is a fundamental part of my life, it makes me immensely happy and I try to transmit it always, teaching and motivating people to always give their best both on and off the court is something I am passionate about. I will be writing a lot about this so maybe I can motivate someone here too haha.

<div class="text-justify">Me gusta mucho reírme y hacer reír a las personas así que prepárense porque el toque de humor nunca va a faltar. Mi segunda pasión es la costura, soy modista y actualmente me encuentro trabajando en dos proyectos, el primero es el nacimiento de mi primera marca personal, me emociona mostrarles las prendas que voy diseñando, los tipos de tela, el patronaje y la confección, para mi esto es un arte y siempre estaré dispuesta a enseñarle a cualquiera que lo sienta tan especial como yo. El segundo proyecto, el cual me emociona bastante es mi línea de ropa realizada con materiales de reciclaje, la industria de la moda es la segunda mas contaminante a nivel mundial, cada vez son mas los diseñadores que toman conciencia y adoptan el "upcycling", este tema me encanta porque  consiste en crear una prenda con un mayor valor a partir de algo que ya no servía o que ya había agotado su vida útil. Les estaré hablando mucho sobre este proceso, sobre la moda sustentable y todo lo que se me ocurra sobre este tema super interesante y creativo.</div>

My second passion is sewing, I am a dressmaker and I am currently working on two projects, the first one is the birth of my first personal brand, I am excited to show you the garments I am designing, the types of fabric, pattern making and tailoring, for me this is an art and I will always be willing to teach anyone who feels it as special as I do. The second project, which excites me a lot is my clothing line made with recycled materials, the fashion industry is the second most polluting worldwide, more and more designers are becoming aware and adopt the "upcycling", I love this topic because it is born from recycling, upcycling is to create something with greater value from something that no longer served or had exhausted its useful life. I will be talking a lot about this process, about sustainable fashion and everything I can think of about this super interesting and creative topic.

Tina, una doberman pinscher que cumplió 10 años de edad el 9 de septiembre, mi primer amor.
