Algo que no sabía es que aparte de su sede en Lechería también se encuentran en Maracay, Caracas y por supuesto...Valencia 😏

De la sede en Lechería les realicé un pequeño review en el mes de Noviembre, cuando nuestra pequeña @josegrech cumplió sus 20 primaveras y nos fuimos todas las chicas de @hivelecheria a celebrar comiendo mucho pero mucho sushi. En la parte de abajo les comparto el link hacia ese post por si quieren chismear un poco sobre como la pasamos ese día. Ahora vamos con lo que nos interesa, ¿Qué tal es la sede de Valencia? debo confesar que lo que más me hizo feliz es que queda a 5 minutos del apartamento, así que solo tuve que subir al taxi, cerrar los ojos y ya estaba en el paraíso ✨

Al bajar del taxi pude apreciar lo bonito de su fachada y te reciben con una excelente frase que te deja con ganas de entrar y pedirte todo el menú el cual es MUY pero MUY amplio, ya que venden sushi, ensaladas, ramen, cebiche, poke bowls, woks y otras variantes del sushi como taquitos, pizza, hot dog y burgers a base de sushi y un menú infantil con cosas que no incluyen pescado crudo como dedos de mozzarella y papas fritas, también bebidas y lo mejor... unos tragos deliciosos 🔥

Otra confesión como pequeña persona altamente indecisa, y conociendo de antemano su extenso menú ya que en el cumpleaños de josegrech duramos unos 30 minutos decidiendo que pedir, de antemano me fui a su instagram a revisar el menú y tener una idea previa de lo que quería, porque aparte de indecisa también soy precavida ✅

Tenía en mente varias cosas para mi pedido, pero de igual manera me hizo falta una pequeña sugerencia para tomar la mejor decisión, la cual fue bastante acertada pues todavía cargo la sonrisa ocasionada por esa deliciosa elección (entre otras cosas 🤭). Pedí un roll llamado "fish tempura" relleno de camarón, salmón y cangrejo, en salsa miel mostaza y anguila, junto a una ensalada llamada "wacate salad" que incluía wakame, cubos de atún, salmón tempura y ajonjolí. Los que más me encantó de mi roll fue su perfecta composición, tuve que tomarle una foto porque me pareció bastante estético.

>I had several things in mind for my order, but I still needed a little suggestion to make the best decision, which was quite right as I still have the smile on my face from that delicious choice (among other things 🤭). I ordered a roll called "fish tempura" filled with shrimp, salmon and crab, in honey mustard sauce and eel, along with a salad called "wacate salad" that included wakame, tuna cubes, salmon tempura and sesame. Como en esta cuenta aparte de la comida, también amamos los tragos, cervecitas y alcohol en general, esta comida fue acompañada con varios mojitos de parchita y para finalizar la velada un daiquirí de parquita que estaba de li cio so.

La atención de SUSHI & CECBICHES es excelente tanto en su sede de Lechería como en la de Valencia, ahora tengo que dar un tour y visitar las de las otras ciudades para poder realizar un review más completo, por supuesto que no me voy a quejar si en algún momento me toca hacerlo, ese sacrificio será por motivos 100% laborales, lo prometo ✋😂 Luego de dejarlos con hambre como de costumbre, me despido antes de que me boten de la comunidad, cosa que @victoriabsb me ha ofrecido en varias ocasiones jajajaja.
