Greetings friends, today I want to share with you a classic from my country, the arepas pelua, an arepa either grilled or fried filled with shredded meat and grated yellow cheese. What makes it not so pelua is that I made it with sliced cheese which was the one I had on hand and for these delicious arepas we need:

* Corn flour
* Meat for shredding 
* Tomato 
* Onion
* Bell pepper
* Paprika
* Garlic
* Cilantro
Onotado oil or onoto powder * Salt and spices to taste
* Salt and spices to taste
* Yellow cheese for grating or in slices
* Ham is optional 
* Hard cheese or "llanero" cheese optional

Saludos amigos hoy les quiero compartir una clásica de mi país, y son las arepas pelua se tratan de una arepa ya sea asada o frita rellena de carne desmechada y queso amarillo rallado. Lo que no la hace tan pelua es que la hice con queso en lonja que era el que tenia a la mano.
Para estas deliciosas arepas necesitamos:

* Harina de maíz
* Carne para desmechar 
* Tomate 
* Cebolla
* Ají
* Pimentón
* Ajo
* Cilantro
* Aceite onotado o onoto en polvo
* Sal y especies al gusto
* Queso amarillo para rallar o en lonjas
* Jamón es opcional 
* Queso duro o llanero opcional</div>

 <div class="text-justify">  Hagamos la carne la cual debemos colocar ablandar por ya sea en olla de presión o normal solo tarda algunos minutos mas, luego cuando este bien blanda desmechamos y ahora  picamos muy bien todos los aliños tomate, cebolla, ají, ajo, cilantro luego llevamos a sofreír con aceite onotado.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Let's prepare our arepas. Venezuelans have a dilemma whether to add the water then the flour or whether to add the flour and then the water. I'm for the team if we add the flour and then the water we have a little more control over the amount of flour we want to use. We continue to place our flour the amount you want to prepare a pinch of salt and knead very well until you get a very well compacted and smooth dough. <h4>If you have never prepared arepa once you have the dough ready you make small balls with the dough and then with both hands you crush them very well and give round shape if you are going to prepare them roasted you place them in a salten with a little oil and if you are going to make them fried you place a salten with plenty of oil and when they are hot you place them until they are well browned </h4> </div>.

<div class="text-justify"> Preparemos nuestras arepas. Los Venezolanos tenemos un dilema si se añade el agua luego el harina o si se añade la harina y luego el agua. Yo soy del team se añada el harina y luego el agua logramos tener un poco mas de control sobre la cantidad de harina que deseamos gastar. Seguimos colocamos nuestra harina la cantidad que desees preparar una pisca de sal y amasamos muy bien hasta obtener una masa muy bien compactada y suave. <h4>Si nunca has preparado arepa una vez tengas la masa lista haces unas bolitas con la masa y luego con las dos manos las aplastas muy bien y das forma redonda si las vas a prepara asadas las colocas en un salten con un poquito de aceite y si las vas hacer frita colocas un salten con abundante aceite y cuando estén calientes las colocas hasta que estén bien doraditas </h4> </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Once we have all the ingredients ready we move on to fill our arepas, opening them in the middle and placing butter, the crumbled meat, yellow cheese either grated or sliced, I added an additional ingredient and it was ham and my husband avocado so we can break the rules a little bit. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Una vez tengamos los todos los ingredientes listo pasamos a rellenar nuestras arepas, abriéndolas por el medio y colocándole mantequilla, la carne desmecha, el queso amarillo ya sea rallado o en lonjas, yo le añadí un ingrediente adicional y fue jamón y mi esposo aguacate así que podemos romper un poco las reglas. </div>

Jaja si @mayvil bueno tuve  que improvisar  un poco pero quedo igual de deliciosa el charcutero se equivoco y no le dejo el queso en trozo si no que lo rebano y me di cuenta ya en casa pero bueno errores de producción jaja
