<div class="text-justify"> Greetings foodie friends, today I want to share with you the recipe for a marbled cake, a delicious snack companion or the perfect one to celebrate birthdays.

Ingredients: 

* 1 kilo of wheat flour 
* 8 eggs
* 1 kilo of sugar
* half a cup of oil, as a substitute for butter
* orange juice and grated zest of one orange 
* 1 tablespoon of baking powder
* half a teaspoon of butter
* 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
* 50gr cocoa powder

>Saludos amigos foodies hoy les quiero compartir la receta de una torta marmoleada una rica compañera de merienda o la perfecta para celebrar los cumpleaños.

>Infredientes: 

* 1 kilo de harina de trigo 
* 8 huevos
* 1 kilo de azucar
* media taza de aceite, como sustituto de la mantequilla
* jugo de naranja y ralladura de una naranja 
* 1 cucharada de polvo de hornera
* media cucharadita de mantequilla
* 1 cucharada de esencia de vainalla
* 50gr de cacao en polvo

Preparation: We start by separating the sides of the yolks, squeezing and grating the orange and organizing the other ingredients. now preheating the oven to 180 degrees, then we start beating the egg whites with half a kilo of sugar until it is at cloud point.

>Preparación: Empezamos separando las caras de las yemas, exprimiendo y rallando las naranja y organizando los demás ingredientes. ahora pre-calentando el horno a 180 grados, luego se empezamos batiendo las clara de huevo con medio kilo de azúcar hasta que este a punto de nube

Add the wheat flour by sifting together with the baking powder and a pinch of salt, then mix, then incorporate the egg whites in an enveloping way so that it does not lose its air and the cake will be fluffy.

Once our mixture is ready we place it in a previously buttered cake pan and sprinkled with flour so that it sticks we leave a little of the mixture to add the cocoa and half cup of water to make it uniform with the other mixture we add to the other preparation and with the help of a fork we stir so that we have many figures inside the cake. Bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes or until you insert a toothpick or knife and it comes out dry. It is not advisable to open our oven while our cake is not baked, we must wait at least 35 minutes to be able to open and take a look at the cake. And ready a delicious snack for our children

>Una vez lista nuestra mezcla la colocamos en una tortera previamente enmantequillada y espolvoreada con harina para que nos pegue dejamos un poco de mezcla para añadirle el cacao y media taza de agua para que nos quede uniforme con la otra mezcla añadimos a la otra preparación y con ayuda de un tenedor removemos para que nos quede muchas figuras por dentro de la torta. Llevamos al horno aproximadamente por 45 o hasta que introduzcas un palillo o cuchillo y salga seco, Ojo no es recomendable abrir nuestro horno mientras no esta nuestra torta debemos esperar por lo menos 35 minutos para poder abrir y así echarle un vistazo a la torta. Y listo una rica merienda para nuestros niños.</div>
