<div class="text-justify"> With this post I will be sharing a step-by-step on how you can apply for Peer-2-Peer leases using the DLease application as an escrow agent or intermediary.</div>
<p></p>
<div class="text-justify">Having an acceptable voting power in Hive requires a considerable investment, however, there are applications such as DLease where we can apply for Hive Power and pay interest within a range of 10-15% APR.</div>
<p></p>
<div class="text-justify">Requesting Hive Power using DLease's P2P marketplace and obtaining passive daily yields is one of the options provided by this type of application, however, to execute a request we must follow these simple steps:</div>

<div class="text-justify"><strong>Step 1.</strong> The first thing to do is to access the portal https://hive.dlease.io/ and click on the Login option.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><strong>Step 6.</strong> When you click on "Request a lease" the system will automatically ask for the following data; For which account do you want to lease HP? and From which account do you want to pay?.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><strong>Step 7.</strong> After having entered our user name in both fields, the next step is to enter the data related to; How much HP do you want to rent? (in my case I put 1000 Hive Power), How much do you want to pay per week? (in my case I put 2.93 Hive per week), How long do you want to rent the HP for? (in my case I put 12 weeks).</div>

<div class="text-justify"><strong>Step 8.</strong> Then we must verify that the attached data correspond to those shown in the portal, if there is a match, click on the following button.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><strong>Step 9.</strong> Finally, as long as all the attached data is in order, the next step is to approve the application with the selected key method (in my case I used Hive Keychain).</div>
