Gusto en saludarlos y pasar nuevamente por esta maravillosa comunidad, donde nos encontramos con platos deliciosos y saludables de la gastronomía mundial, una de las cosas que más disfruto es cocinarles a mis seres queridos con ingredientes nutritivos y hacer mi propia de versión para ofrecerles una comida especial  que sea de su agrado, les cuento que a mis hijos les encanta el pollo, y a pesar de que hay muchas maneras de prepararlo a ellos le gusta es frito, por lo que buscando la forma de variarles su presentación y complacerlos también, decidí hacerles unos Nuggets de Pollo, para este plato mande a moler dos pechugas de pollo y para hacerlo más nutritivos le agregue hojas de espinacas junto a los aliños, esta receta es la primera vez que la hago de esta manera y quedo muy buena, a continuación le comparto los ingredientes y su preparación.

- 4 Ramas de cebollín
- 1 Cebolla grande
- 7 Ají dulces
- 1 limón
- 1 Cabeza de Ajo
- 200 gramos de hojas de Espinaca cocidas
- Sal 
- Aceite vegetal
- Harina de Maíz
- Pimienta en polvo

## Preparación:

**Paso 1:** Lavar bien y picar el cebollín en ruedas delgadas tanto el tallo como la rama, añadir a la pechuga de pollo molida, junto con la sal y exprimir el jugo de un limón y mover con una cuchara todo para incorporar los ingredientes, dejar marinar por media hora en la nevera.

**Paso 2:** Aparte picar la cebolla en trozos pequeños, lavar y sacar las semillas a los ajíes dulces, pelar los ajos y llevar a la licuadora   con tres cucharadas de agua y procesar todo muy bien hasta quedar como un puré, añadir los aliños y las hojas de espinaca al pollo, remover con una cuchara nuevamente.

Luego, colocar en un plato la taza de harina de maíz con la pimienta, rectificar la sal en el pollo y con ayuda de una cuchara tomar una porción de la mezcla y darle la forma a los Nuggets con las manos húmedas  para que no se pegue pasarlos por la harina con pimienta enharinándolos por ambos lados, dejarlos en la nevera por una hora para que se endurezca la cobertura.

**Paso 3:** Colocar un sartén grande al fuego y al estar caliente agregar aceite y colocar los Nuggets de pollo uno a uno, cocinarlos a fuego moderado por ambas caras, al estar listos colocarlos a escurrir en una servilleta y servir con los contornos que más prefiera, en mi caso lo serví con una porción de arroz tipo risotto y una ensalada de tomates aderezado con aceite de oliva, sal y vinagre.

Estas cantidades rinden para comer varios días, ya que salen varias porciones que puedes guardar en el congelador para usarlos cuando quieras cocinarlos, en mi caso salieron 16 nuggets de un tamaño mediano, quedan crocantes por fuera y jugosos por dentro, a mis hijos les encantaron por lo que se los estaré preparando muy seguido, aparte de las espinacas pueden añadirle también acelga para aumentar su valor nutricional, me alegro haberles compartido esta receta, espero sus comentarios y los invito a preparárselos a sus seres queridos, hasta una nueva oportunidad.
