Hola, amigos de catarsis. Espero que se encuentren muy bien. Me gusta mucho este espacio donde podemos dejar fluir lo que llevamos en el fondo del corazón y del alma. Nunca pensé que fuera tan terapéutico poder poner en palabras los pensamientos más profundos que tengo en mis ratos de reflexión, por eso estoy muy agradecida de que exista esta comunidad y el pertenecer a ella.

I never thought it would be so therapeutic to be able to put into words the deepest thoughts I have in my moments of reflection, so I am very grateful that this community exists and to belong to it.

En días como el de hoy, en el que siento la mente llena de un millón de cosas y necesito un poco de paz, recurro a mi jardín, donde cuelgo una hamaca entre los árboles, en la que solo puedo observar las copas de los arboles unirse, escuchar el canto de los pajaritos y el viento jugar con las hojas, mientras mi mente se va liberando y siento como mis músculos se van relajando. En momentos así, agradezco vivir en una casa con un jardín grande, donde hay plantas frutales como el mango, níspero y lechosa, luego están mis favoritas que son las florales, que con su belleza adornan mi casa, además de que atraen a las mariposas, por las que siempre he tenido fascinación y puedo pasar un buen rato observándolas mientras revolotean entre las flores.

>On days like today, when I feel my mind full of a million things and I need a little peace, I turn to my garden, where I hang a hammock among the trees, where I can just watch the treetops unite, listen to the birds singing and the wind playing with the leaves, while my mind is freeing and I feel how my muscles are relaxing. At times like this, I am grateful to live in a house with a large garden, where there are fruit plants such as mango, loquat and milkweed, then there are my favorites which are the flowers, which with their beauty adorn my house, plus they attract butterflies, for which I have always had a fascination and I can spend a good time watching them as they flutter among the flowers.

En ese lugar, los pensamientos que nublan mi mente se van difuminando, los sueños que tanto anhelo van tomando forma y empiezo a creer que en algún momento podre lograrlos. No siempre supe que este era el lugar que me llenaba de tranquilidad, fue en el momento en el que la ansiedad hizo estragos en mí. Primero empecé a caminar hacia un parque nacional cercano a mi casa con unas amigas, pero esto no me daba espacio para reflexionar, ya que en el camino conversábamos de diferentes temas y aunque me servía de distracción, yo necesitaba momentos más íntimos para analizarme, reflexionar y relajarme, fue en ese instante  en el que me di cuenta que allí, en esa hamaca, rodeada de la naturaleza, el peso en mi pecho iba pasando de a poco. 

>In that place, the thoughts that cloud my mind are fading, the dreams that I long for so much are taking shape and I begin to believe that at some point I can achieve them. I did not always know that this was the place that filled me with tranquility, it was at the moment when anxiety ravaged me. First I started walking to a national park near my house with some friends, but this did not give me space to reflect, because on the way we talked about different topics and although it served as a distraction, I needed more intimate moments to analyze, reflect and relax, it was at that moment that I realized that there, in that hammock, surrounded by nature, the weight on my chest was passing little by little.

A veces, la ansiedad y el estrés del día a día se van apoderando de nosotros sin que nos demos cuenta y solo lo notamos cuando ya estamos colapsando. En ocasiones, llegan al punto de privarnos del sueño ¿Ustedes también se has sentido así? ¿Tienen algún lugar especial que los hace sentir más relajados? Creo que es importante que todos tengamos ese espacio que nos lleve a la introspección y a conectarnos de nuevo con nosotros mismos, para así lograr la claridad y la tranquilidad para poder seguir adelante.

>Sometimes, the anxiety and stress of everyday life take over us without us realizing it and we only notice it when we are already collapsing. Sometimes, they reach the point of depriving us of sleep. Have you also felt this way? Do you have a special place that makes you feel more relaxed? I think it is important that we all have that space that leads us to introspection and to reconnect with ourselves, in order to achieve clarity and tranquility to move forward.

Tal vez, es más fácil lograr las metas tangibles porque dependen de nuestro esfuerzo, dedicación, disciplina y planificación, pero en mi caso, son las cosas intangibles con las que sueño las que siempre rondan mi mente, porque están completamente fuera de mi control y además las anhelo con mucha fuerza. Espero el momento en el que pueda ver estos sueños materializados, deseando que en un futuro lejano pueda mirar hacia atrás y sentir la plenitud en mi corazón de saber que aunque a lo mejor no haya logrado todas las metas propuestas, si haya podido alcanzar estas cosas que tanto deseo desde mi alma y mi corazón.

>Perhaps, it is easier to achieve tangible goals because they depend on our effort, dedication, discipline and planning, but in my case, it is the intangible things I dream about that always haunt my mind, because they are completely out of my control and I yearn for them very strongly. I look forward to the moment when I can see these dreams materialize, wishing that in the distant future I can look back and feel the fullness in my heart to know that although I may not have achieved all the proposed goals, if I have been able to achieve these things that I want so much from my heart and soul.
