Ironically, choosing to not be toxic, if you're toxic, is nearly as hard for the toxic as for those receiving the toxicity. Changing behaviour is always a challenge. But obviously, it has to be done anyway

You're right, because it's sometimes often difficult for a toxic person to believe that they're toxic hence the reason why they cannot quickly change or adapt. However change is very important to our lives.
