2024 in Reflection - Thank You for Being Part of My Journey

Reflecting on 2024, This year brought great challenges into my life but also great happiness.It was a year of profound growth and learning. I am really thankful of this space where it provides me with a room to grow, opportunities to meet new people and even experiencing new things in life. My gratitude knows no bound and I am humbled by lessons I learned this year.

I'd personally like to thank everyone who took their time to read, comment or share my posts this year. Your appreciation means a lot to me and motivated me. So, here's to more year filled with creativity and growth in 2025!

To my friends all around Hive, and those who read this, thank you. Thank you for the unwavering support and understanding when the going gets tough. You know that you can always count on me the same way.

2024 wasn’t necessarily an easy year. I lost some family members, took on a huge responsibility for a sick person, and pulled my hair out trying to make ends meet. But in the end, I can only be grateful that this year, I learned to be more resilient, to chase after my dreams, to stop shying away from my faith, from what I believed in, and from being myself. I no longer have the need to apologize.

2024 was some of the most challenging years for me, but ultimately, it led me to a place I could call home. It took me a while to finally reach this point, and I am moving for good here and have a solid base—a place that I could always return to. I learned a new term, house poor that I am trying to escape. I learned how we were sold the lies of having a home but never told about all the costs that come with it. Those were the adulthood moments that I was experiencing throughout 2024.

I thought I could always be the carefree person I once was. But this phase of life requires me to grow up and be someone who can bear responsibility. It wasn’t easy; I didn’t have it figured out, and I made mistakes here and there. And I am still learning...

2024 showed me that I could be resilient. It showed me that life is a mixture of happiness and sadness. I can’t always chase happiness, for that is a fleeting moment. Instead, I give meaning to my contentment and do not need to chase it. Even in the most challenging days and circumstances, I can still find happiness.

Last but not least, I hope 2025 will bring us a brighter day. Wherever you are, I hope life will be good to you and filled with abundance.
