# Not only food, coffee has its "fast-food" type too. I am not sure what to call them because coffee chain isn't entirely fitting to describe the coffee. The coffee chain has fast food characteristic such as emphasizing on speed. The coffee is also often pre-made, unlike cafe and coffee shop where they manually make their coffee. I found this coffee called Janji Jiwa at the grocery shop nearby. Back in my apartment, I was reluctant to buy from this franchise because I live just about 2 minutes from an actual coffee shop and roastery. So, why would I pay 2.5$ for a fast coffee when I can actually enjoy fresh brewed coffee?  But yesterday, I need a caffeine fix pronto! so I decided to give it a try. This particular coffee is popular in Indonesia. They also offer toast. But yes, don't set your expectations too high if you are truly a coffee lover. I had my fair share tasting coffee chains. Generally, they are cheaper than what coffee shop offered. However some chain offers more advanced option as in you can customize the order if you prefer light or strong espresso. So, if you need caffeine fix pronto, I'd suggest chain that has this option. In that coffee shop, I ordered Hazelnut latte. I was not in mood to be experimental with my coffee. However, they have some experimental lattes in their menu including these one;  As seen above there's Java caramel with Oreo. I wonder how that would taste, I suppose too sweet? they look good though and maybe I'd try them one day. Not only coffee, there's also tea that's available. In this brochure, they said they have an app. I wonder if they actually give discounted coffee or sell goodies. These days everything in Indonesia has an app. Even coffee chains too.  I have never actually visited any of their franchise. Only in this city so, maybe this isn't the proper chain? but from the looks of it, they don't have any coffee machine. But they have some chairs and table.  They also have several e-payment channel which is great.  Visitors can also sit there. But yeah, they are going to drink straight from a plastic cup not from a glass. # What's my verdict?  I ordered Iced hazelnut latte and finished it within 10 minutes. I didn't feel any caffeine jittery or anything. It was like chugging water instead of actually drinking coffee. However, the hazelnut taste was quite noticeable. Compared to other chain with advanced option, the espresso was so weak. I normally order light espresso and I can still feel some buzz but for that one, it was just like drinking water. So, I'd say that it's an okay drink to quench the thirst but not if you need a caffeine fix pronto. Upon reaching home, I was still brewing coffee. I am not sure if I am going to order coffee from there again but with the same price, I can get better coffee quality from an actual coffee shop. I tried coco expresso and my body feels weird. it felt like my body got very hot the effect was like eating fermented food. But for a latte, I like this brand.
