How are you doing now dear? The title of your post really intrigued me because I myself now is feeling under the weather as well. It started last week with my husband and now I have it too which started last night. The sneezing, the body pains and headaches but tried to combat it as well. I think I posted more here when I was not feeling well unlike when I am not sick because me and hubby are busy everyday for we ran our own building maintenance business so we need to be on site all the time.
Glad that we finished the current project Friday last week just over five days ago at least we can rest a bit before another one coming.
Now, I am coughing and the body pains is what's killing me.

So Yah, I feel you dear.haha
Hope this will be over soon and hope you too are doing well now, back to your own healthy self.😉👍

Being sick isn’t fun that’s for sure but it’s a good thing because it boosts our immune system naturally. The artificial forcing of an immune system through injections is a horrific and unnatural way to try and do that, so getting sick with something is usually not a bad thing as long as it’s manageable! 

The funny thing about it is sometimes I do the same. I sit in bed and then see all the things around that I wouldn’t really look at otherwise and figure out things I need to clean. I also end up watching a bunch of movies that I haven’t seen in the past few years lol. I’m usually not sick for more than 3 days at a time which is good, just enough to catch up but also not be a waste! 

Hope you’re feeling better now!  Vitamins and water are crucial to get rid of it!

Get well soon mate... We all hate being sick but these seasonal sickness cuz of weather changes is something I always become victim of or happens when we are tired. Take care and Wish you speedy Recovery.

Yes I warned people about the disease in my post a few days ago. Apparently you didn't read it hahaha. The weather can be deceiving as it is the transition of the season. Take care of yourself. I hope you get better as soon as possible. Drink lots of soup and don't forget to take vitamin C. Lemon is a good source of vitamin C.

What strange flu symptoms Mac.... I mean, what? 😅I've never heard of someone being sick making them more active, most people just want to sleep and hardly want to eat, in fact you have to force them to drink liquids even, but, well, we both know you are anything but common 🤭. You have to rest to give your immune system time to recover Mac, if you put it to work too much smelling cleaning products it will give you allergies and the symptoms can get really annoying. Please take care of yourself @macchiata 🙏🏼💞.

When I am on a flue, I always take a bunch of lemons juices (express made) with turmeric and ginger. 
I then eat a lot of fruit and vegetables (only seasonal ones) with spicy pepper that is said to be a great anti-bacteric. I always try to avoid meds, since I want my body to cure by itself

This situation reminds me about a student of mine. I have an application on the phone to teach the music notes, so in one lesson we used it. Well, it can be almost called a game, as I set a time limit and the number of notes the student had to match with no more than 3 mistakes to pass the stage. When you make more than three mistakes it throws you out of the application. He didn't like it so he kept repeating that the app is broken. 🤣

Here on my side, it is also flu season. A lot of people were also having colds and coughs but I hope it is not the corona virus. So what I did was never forgetting my ascorbic acid to take and other supplements as I eat more of fruits and veggies.

Sounds like you use being sick to productive ends. For me it's often like you, taking opportunity to clean or read, which isn't wasted time. Sometimes your body is crying out for rest... And soup! Lots of soup!!! And no Starbucks 😂🤪
