<html> <p> Einstein and Leonardo Da vinci are two brightest mind on earth that has succeed to awe us. Their life surrounded by mystery and many of us wondered, how can they become “ that” smart. Aren’t they are just like us? Another human being who eat sleep and repeat? It turns out they are slightly different from the rest of us. Their thirst of knowledge, their range of interest makes them worthy to be called as a polymath, someone who has range of knowledge. Now lies the question, how can be become a polymath or modern renaissance man? What if I am just “average” in IQ and everything, can I still be a polymath? This short essay will try to answers those questions. </p> <p><img src="https://images.pexels.com/photos/267582/pexels-photo-267582.jpeg?auto=compress&cs=tinysrgb&dpr=1&w=500" width="500" height="333"/><br> For some, absorbing a knowledge is much easier and faster. Hence some people learn faster than others. However, there is something that we must cultivate and understand, that learning is hard work and repetition. As an average person who does not a have photographic memory, being a polymath may require more hard work. Yet anything is really achievable. The first step to become a polymath is being curious. The second step is choose something of your interest. It can be art, science, esoteric problems; anything. Delve into these topics and know the ins and outs of these topic. After that, move into another contrasting interest for instance, if you have picked art, you might want to choose sport. Train your muscles by picking a good sport that you really enjoy and master at it. The third step is constantly learning and improving. In order to know if you have mastered your skills, try to get certification, test it with the native (if you learn language), write paper and published it. Being a polymath is more than just knowing at a superficial level. It is up to the point where you can combine all the knowledge that you have and finding the connection between them. Can art and sport connected? Yes they can. </p> <p>Last but not least, it is also important to note that being polymath does not mean it's only for the being geek and nerds; it is for everyone who wish to try.
