Lentils: 1-2 cups
Minced meat: 250 grams
Onion: 1-2 pieces
Raisins: 1 measure
Saffron: as needed
Turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper and salt: as needed
Oil : as needed

Sliced ​​almonds and barberry for design

# How to prepare "Adas Polo":

Wash the lentils and soak them for a few hours and change the water several times to remove the bloating( Tympanites).
Then put it on the heat to cook, but remove it from the heat before it is crushed.

Peel an onion, grate it and chop finely. Or grate and add to the meat
Put a pan on a low flame and pour some oil in the pan and let the oil in the pan heat up a little, put the onion and meat in the pan.

You can use mutton or beef or even soy instead of meat.

After your meat is slightly fried, add the spices mentioned in the list of necessary ingredients to your meat and fry the meat thoroughly with the spices.
Then add raisins to the meat ingredients and fry.
You can fry the raisins in another pan, separately with oil and then add to the ingredients
Now it is time to add lentils to the ingredients
Mix the ingredients together and let them fry, then turn off the heat


Soak the rice in a mixture of water and three tablespoons of salt for 3 to 4 hours.
Before cooking, drain the water in which the rice was soaked. Boil enough water in a suitable pot and pour the rice into it.
Let the rice cook in water over high heat and rise.
When the rice is cooked, add the meat ingredients to the rice and mix a little
Then mix some rice with saffron and design it with barberry and sliced ​​almonds.
