Why You Need To Slow Down And Take The Time For You?:)
<strong>Stressed, tired, overwhelmed ... life can be a whirlwind when trying to manage everything at once and the burn out is watching more and more people. But then, how to learn to slow down and live in greater serenity?</strong>

<center><h1>Watch your diet</h1></center>

An unhealthy diet can have an impact on weight gain, leading you to general poor health and increasing cholesterol.

On weekends or two to three evenings on weekdays, sit back in your kitchen and prepare tasty recipes based on seasonal vegetables. Cook in larger quantities so you can freeze the portions, which you will use the other times you will not have time. You can also take it to work the next day. You will be satisfied with your own recipes, which will contain less salt and fat than dishes already ready.

At mealtimes, sit down, turn off the TV and take the time to chew your food well. It is also important to eat light, especially at night, as you may have trouble digesting and therefore getting to sleep.

Finally, cooking would also have a relaxing effect. Why not put yourself in the kitchen while listening to your favorite music?
Work

Learn to unwind and even if you are overwhelmed, do not try to finish everything.

Take regular breaks, including one in the middle of the morning and another in the afternoon. Stretch your legs, prepare a herbal tea or take out the air for 5 minutes, you will then feel a renewed energy to finish the day.

During your lunch break, avoid staying in front of the computer screen and go for a 15-minute ride in the park next door.

A good idea would be to practice a leisurely relaxation, such as sports, meditation or even a massage once a month to reward you for the work done.

<center><h1>The sleep</h1></center>


It is crucial to get enough sleep to have good mental health. Lack of sleep will make you more irritable.

Sleep early and at regular times. Aim for eight hours of sleep.

It is important that your room is healthy and reserved for rest only. Put away the stuff that's hanging around, open the windows and get rid of that dirty stack.

Book the TV for the living room and avoid the blue lights of the computers one hour before bed.


For example, you can listen to a relaxing music while reading a book to help you evacuate the stress of the day.

Create a small haven of peace by focusing on soft colors like beige or chestnut that will give your room a soothing atmosphere. You can also decorate it with cushions and a cozy carpet, for more comfort.

When you have too active a life, it is crucial to impose moments for yourself. You can first turn off your laptop when you get out of work and try to spend as little time as possible in front of the screens.

Why not go to the office on foot, by bike or running 2 to 3 times a week? This will help you to evacuate stress considerably.

Similarly, recreation such as meditation and yoga will allow you to relax, let go and teach you to refocus on your body and step back. Even if it is only twenty minutes during your lunch break or evening returning from work, this period of time is enough to cause beneficial changes. For example, you can practice mindfulness meditation, the focus of which is to focus on the present 
moment, on the simple fact of doing nothing else at that time.

Emphasize the moments of complicity spent with family or friends, it is essential for mental health. These contacts will help you manage the difficult times and enrich your life.

Organize outings with friends at least once a week, do activities with your children and your spouse on weekends and develop relationships of trust with people in your network more broadly.
