Difficilmente decifrabile...

Questo che sto per raccontarvi è un fatto che risale ai primi anni '80, quando ancora c'era il mito dell'autoradio, e come tutti i miti anche lei era molto ambita, ladri compresi, che avevano una passione particolare per questo accessorio automobilistico, e lo avevano pure per una vettura in particolare, quella di un mio conoscente di allora, non posso dire amico perché prima di tutto era una persona un po' strana, dalla quale si tendeva a tenere le distanze, ma proprio sconosciuto del tutto non era, in quanto frequentava lo stesso bar in cui andavo io da adolescente...

Faccio un'ultima premessa, doverosa, necessaria perché quanto sto per raccontarvi può urtare la sensibilità di qualcuno, perché in particolare è descritta una frase che può far rabbrividire le persone con poco pelo sullo stomaco, io stesso la prima volta, ma anche adesso, che sentii questo racconto ebbi un attimo prolungato di gelo nelle vene...

Il periodo era più o meno questo, a cavallo del Ferragosto, quel ragazzo di allora subì una serie infinita di furti di autoradio, faceva fatica a passare una settimana dall'installazione di un nuovo apparecchio che puntualmente si presenta, soprattutto la notte, un ladro per effettuare il furto, non c'era nulla da fare, nessun antifurto poteva scoraggiare i malviventi dal fare quel classico movimento, mattonata contro il vetro anteriore destro, apertura della portiera, mano sotto al sedile anteriore destro (nel posto classico dove si metteva l'autoradio a quei tempi) e via con la refurtiva, anche lasciando le portiere aperte la mattonata arrivava ugualmente, perché ormai era uno standard, come un marchio di fabbrica...

Stanco, sfinito da quel continuo scempio, ideò un sistema per farla pagare cara, molto cara, al malcapitato malvivente che sarebbe finito sotto a quel trattamento...

Prese la misura della distanza tra i due binari in cui scorreva il sedile della sua vettura, tagliò un'asse di legno appena più grande di quella distanza, andò a conficcare tante lamette da barba nel legno, lasciando uno spazio di un centimetro circa una dall'altra, andando ad incastrare il tutto sotto al sedile destro della sua vettura, in modo tale che quando il ladro sarebbe penetrato nella sua vettura avrebbe buttato il braccio sotto il sedile, nell'andata si sarebbe infilato in velocità sotto, nel ritorno le lamette avrebbero fatto un disastro...

Raccontò il suo piano per qualche tempo, finché per qualche giorno non disse più nulla, poi riprese a parlare, dicendo che da qualche giorno *l'attrezzo era al suo posto...*

Mancavano un paio di giorni al Ferragosto di 41 anni fa, quando arrivando al bar aveva stampato in viso un sorriso beffardo, inumano, dopo qualche minuto, improvvisamente, iniziò a raccontare, senza che nessuno glielo avesse chiesto, quando era successo...

"Finalmente ieri sera ho sentito una botta, l'antifurto che partiva, ho iniziato a contare, uno, due, tre, non sono arrivato al quattro, ho sentito l'urlo di quel cane, ed ho goduto, perché quello per un pezzo non va più a rubare le autoradio..."

Subì diversi processi, per anni, non so alla fine come andò a finire, ma di certo fu una cosa molto strana ed ambigua...

Sì, ti marcano a vita, io non ce l'avrei fatta a ideare e soprattutto mettere in pratica quanto fece lui, ma certamente, e sono tutto sommato tranquillo con me stesso, spero sempre di non trovarmi a tu per tu con un ladro o un malvivente in casa mia, perché se ci riesco, io provo a metterlo sotto terra, o io, o lui, nell'incertezza, sempre meglio un brutto processo a uno stupendo funerale...

Certamente, è stato processato quel ragazzo che tanti anni fa mise le lamette, è stato un gesto barbaro, che come ho affermato in un commento, io non sarei riuscito a fare, a un certo punto io alzo le mani e certi comportamenti non li approvo, ma di certo qualcosa avrei studiato anch'io per farla pagare a quelle facce di merda dei ladri...

Non so MAD... La nostra giustizia non perde tempo per dare ragione ai ladri...  non aggiungo altro.. anche io e la mia famiglia siamo stati derubati, non ci sono solo i soldi di mezzo, ma anche  le notti senza dormire per la paura. Non voglio dilungarmi oltre. Secondo me dobbiamo accettare 2 cose in maniera definitiva:  1-il gesto di rubare deve essere punito. 2-Rubare puó portare a gesti disperati di chi viene derubato nei confronti di chi ruba, quindi chi ruba deve mettersela via se qualcuno gli ricambia il favore.

Purtroppo temo che sia stato condannato, non il ladro, ma il proprietario dell'auto. Un avvocato mi spiegò la razio della legge. Che a me personalmente non tornava per nulla. A grandi linee diceva più o meno che nella propria vettura, anche se chiusa, non ci devono essere strumenti di pericolo o che possono cagionare il pericolo. In questo caso addirittura appositamente messe li, neanche a dire fosse un incidente o che potesse esserlo. Il ladro sarà stato condannato per furto, ma probabile che abbia chiesto i danni in sede civile, dopo quella penale.

Ce ne sono di cose assurde, in Italia, come quella che se trovi la tua casa occupata farai una fatica tremenda a sbattere i bastardi che sono dentro fuori della tua legittima abitazione, lo stesso dicasi se metti una qualcosa di offensivo dentro una tua proprietà, come ad esempio la tua vettura, tempo fa un signore mise un pitone, poi processato anche lui non so con quale capo d'imputazione...

La condanna, nella storia che ho raccontato, è stata certamente per il proprietario della vettura, su questo non c'è ombra di dubbio...
