My only issue is with the name. Hong Coin sounds too much like Hong Kong or Hung Coin! I will keep an eye on the project though as I like the idea:)

The DAO and Ethereum have little Chinese users, unlike bitcoin. The main developer lives in China. That being said, I think it's a good name.
