<div class="text-justify"> Saludos y bienvenidos estimados lectores de esta prestigiosa plataforma en especial a todos aquellos que hacen vida diario en la comunidad de #Holos&Lotus. El tema que compartiremos en esta oportunidad, está relacionado con liderazgo y como las personas efectivas e influyentes, se arman de las herramientas, técnicas y estrategias necesarias para fomentar el liderazgo en su equipo de trabajo, de manera que en conjunto se persiga un mismo propósito, el cual debe ir dirigido en función  de obtener la visión que un principio se ha plasmado para determinado proyecto o emprendimiento.

<div class="text-justify"> En este sentido y para dar cuerpo a este trabajo, nos centraremos en un aspecto determinante que nos comparte el gran escritor y conferencista internacional Jhon Maxwell, el cual tiene que ver con el poder de desarrollar un equipo ganador, eficiente, eficaz y que luche en conjunto para cumplir con cada una de las tareas u objetivos que se ha planificado, y en consecuencia se  busca impulsar el éxito en cada uno de los miembros del equipo en cuestión.

<div class="text-justify"> De manera que el liderazgo va más allá de un tema individual, por el contrario el trabajo en equipo es el que realmente permite alcanzar un verdadero liderazgo efectivo, a sabiendas que sí queremos llegar rápido, podemos caminar solos, pero si queremos llegar lejos, tenemos que aprender a caminar en conjunto.

<div class="text-justify"> Si extrapolamos lo anterior a un juego de básquet, donde observaremos que sobresale uno de los jugadores y lo asumimos como una gran figura, su éxito no es más que un esfuerzo y trabajo en equipo, donde sus compañeros han aportado grandes sacrificios para que esta persona se convierta en el jugador que es.

<div class="text-justify"> De manera que sí abordamos este mismo escenario pero en este particular que el jugador estrella del equipo tenga que afrontar un juego solo, contra los otros cinco adversario, de seguro sus grandes potencialidad individual no serán suficientes, y en consecuencia su éxito será reducido a la nada, lo que implica que para formar a este jugador exitoso, se necesitaron otras ocho manos adicionales que aportaron para que alcanzara el éxito a lo largo de cada uno de los juegos que disputa.

<div class="text-justify"> Así mismo, podemos observar en Génesis 11 del 1 al 6 un trabajo de cooperación en conjunto, y en consecuencia demostrar que el trabajo en equipo, genera resultados impresionantes sea en función de ideas correctas o aquellas ideas equivocadas, factor que podemos evidenciar claramente en las sagrada escritura, específicamente en la construcción de la torre de Babel, sin duda el ideal que estas personas perseguían no era el correcto o  el más saludable, pero su ímpetu y la determinación de las personas, sumado al trabajo en equipo, hace que como especie tengamos la visión y la capacidad de lograr grandes cosas.

<div class="text-justify"> En este punto, Maxwell nos expresa que existen cuatro elementos indispensables que un equipo efectivo y un liderazgo orientado al crecimiento debe cumplir y entre estos destacan:

El equipo debe jugar para ganar: esta es una idea que debe interiorizar desde el más débil hasta el más fuerte que conforma el equipo, de manera que la diferencia entre jugar para ganar y el jugar para no perder es la línea que separa el éxito del fracaso y la efectividad de la mediocridad, en consecuencia la actitud es determinante en este ámbito.

<div class="text-justify"> 2. Aprender a correr riesgos: ya que sin duda es mucho mejor intentar y fallar que quedarnos estáticos, pensando en lo que pudo ser y dejando que nuestro tiempo sea efímero sin obtener resultados.

Continuar perfeccionándose: de manera que no debemos quedarnos dormidos en los laureles, ya que está demostrado que esto no generar ningún resultado y en consecuencia debe asumir nuevas perspectivas y un aprendizaje constante que nos posicionen de una mejor manera de cara a nuestro éxito.

<div class="text-justify"> Por lo cual debemos aprender a soltar y en ocasiones dejar ir nuestra zona de confort si queremos obtener cosas más grandes, recuerden el éxito de un hombre no se define por que tiene, sino en lo que se convierte después de afrontar nuevas realidades.

<div class="text-justify"> 4. Apoyarse en conjunto: debemos aprender a valorar las potencialidades de cada miembro del equipo de trabajo ya que a través de sus aportes se construyen mejores ideas y se avanza de manera más efectiva hacia nuestros objetivos.

<div class="text-justify"> En consecuencia, a través de los elementos abordados anteriormente, nos podemos dar cuenta que el liderazgo se construyen sobre la base de la colaboración y cooperación de otros y en consecuencia, para alcanzar el verdadero éxito debemos aprender a combinar las relación interpersonales, una buena actitud y sumar muchas expectativas, ya que cuando se combinan estos elementos, sin duda generamos productividad.

The topic we will share this time, is related to leadership and how effective and influential people, are armed with the tools, techniques and strategies necessary to promote leadership in their work team, so that together they pursue the same purpose, which should be directed in terms of obtaining the vision that a principle has been shaped for a particular project or venture.

<div class="text-justify"> In this sense and to give body to this work, we will focus on a decisive aspect shared by the great writer and international lecturer Jhon Maxwell, which has to do with the power of developing a winning, efficient, effective team that fights together to fulfill each of the tasks or objectives that have been planned, and consequently seeks to promote success in each of the members of the team in question.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> So leadership goes beyond an individual issue, on the contrary, teamwork is what really allows us to achieve true effective leadership, knowing that if we want to get there fast, we can walk alone, but if we want to go far, we have to learn to walk together.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> If we extrapolate the above to a basketball game, where we observe that one of the players stands out and we assume him to be a great figure, his success is nothing more than a team effort and work, where his teammates have made great sacrifices for this person to become the player he is.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> So if we approach this same scenario but in this particular case, the star player of the team has to face a game alone, against the other five opponents, surely his great individual potential will not be enough, and consequently his success will be reduced to nothing, which implies that to form this successful player, eight additional hands were needed for him to achieve success throughout each of the games he plays.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Likewise, we can observe in Genesis 11 from 1 to 6 a cooperative work together, and consequently demonstrate that teamwork, generates impressive results either based on right ideas or wrong ideas, a factor that can be clearly evidenced in the sacred scripture, specifically in the construction of the tower of Babel, no doubt the ideal that these people pursued was not the right or the healthiest, but their impetus and determination of people, coupled with teamwork, makes us as a species have the vision and the ability to achieve great things.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> At this point, Maxwell tells us that there are four indispensable elements that an effective team and growth-oriented leadership must fulfill, and among these are the following:</div>

<div class="text-justify"> 1. The team must play to win: this is an idea that must be internalized from the weakest to the strongest member of the team, so that the difference between playing to win and playing not to lose is the line that separates success from failure and effectiveness from mediocrity, consequently the attitude is decisive in this area.   </div>

<div class="text-justify"> 2. Learn to take risks: since it is certainly much better to try and fail than to remain static, thinking about what could have been and letting our time be ephemeral without obtaining results.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> 3. Continue to improve: so we must not rest on our laurels, as it has been proven that this does not generate any results and therefore must take on new perspectives and constant learning that will position us in a better way for our success.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> So we must learn to let go and sometimes let go of our comfort zone if we want to achieve greater things, remember a man's success is not defined by what he has, but what he becomes after facing new realities.

<div class="text-justify"> 4. Supporting each other: we must learn to value the potential of each member of the work team, since through their contributions we can build better ideas and advance more effectively towards our objectives. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Consequently, through the elements discussed above, we can realize that leadership is built on the basis of collaboration and cooperation of others and consequently, to achieve true success we must learn to combine interpersonal relationships, a good attitude and add many expectations, because when these elements are combined, we undoubtedly generate productivity.   </div>
