<div class="text-justify"> Greetings and welcome dear users of this wonderful platform, the topic that concerns us in this opportunity undoubtedly represents a challenge and at the same time an opportunity to express all those feelings and emotions that has allowed us to perceive and live the #Hive platform.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> In this sense, I will tell you a little about myself, my first name is Bernardo Madrid and as it is well expressed in my profile I am a University Professor in the area of science, so as you all know a teaching professional in a country like Venezuela is not well paid, so we decided to reinvent ourselves and explore the digital world, I still remember that my thoughts were focused on the web2 and certainly my efforts did not generate any results, so there were more frustrations than opportunities.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> In addition to the above, the pandemic arose, the country's situation was already depressing and with the arrival of the virus my situation and that of my family was undoubtedly worsened in economic terms, so that as head of the family it was my responsibility to look after each of them, so I saw the need to knock on different doors in search of something that would make me remember that there was still something ahead and that I had to discover it. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> In one of those doors I had knocked on, I remember I had a conversation with my colleague and friend José Ángel Amesty (@amestyj) who selflessly told me about the work he had been doing in HIVE and that this was a platform that had emerged from a conflict of the old blockchain.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Without fear of saying it at the time it seemed like a waste of time, since in 2017 I had registered in the old chain and had abandoned it for not matching the type of work that was developed there, however, to touch is not to enter, I had to dust off what was saved and got my access codes, which by then were the same for HIVE.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Coincidentally at that time I had finished a research work related to the use of cocoa shells as an antimicrobial agent, with much fear, I requested a delegation to our colleague @ritch, who responded in a timely manner and gave me the opportunity to make my first publication in the #StemSocial community and suddenly a boom came to my HIVE account, I had valued me and the comments about it were of appreciation and support for my work, from that moment I understood that it was the path that I should go.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> <strong>1. Is Hive part of your well-being, in what way? </strong></div>

<div class="text-justify"> From the day I made my first publication, HIVE became a way of life, in this great platform I have learned to know and respect different points of view that have allowed me to nourish myself conceptually and that have allowed my imagination to travel with the lines of writing that I have read in the different communities where I usually travel, so that I have learned to see the world from the perspective of each user.  </div>

<div class="text-justify"> At this moment when I analyze my Blog (@madridbg) I realize that writing on Hive has become a necessity and when I don't do it my body cries out to share new experiences on the platform. In this sense, the short answer is: Hive is part of my well-being because the platform has allowed me to grow as a person and as a professional.  </div>

<div class="text-justify"> <strong>2. Imagine you are "selling" Hive to a group of friends: Which wellness-related emotions would you focus on and why, and what message would you give them?</strong></div>

<div class="text-justify"> First of all, I declare the platform as a world of opportunities, which allows us to grow intellectually because we can diversify our knowledge, economically, because it allows us to diversify our resources and explore different types of markets, and emotionally, because we promote self-esteem and respect among users, without neglecting the broad development of personality that we can exploit within the platform. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> This approach has already been answered in the previous sections, since the simple fact of making friends, sharing information, generating economic welfare, being a window that has come to improve the quality of life of people and users that coexist in Hive, shows us that #Hive and the blockchain world is closely linked to welfare, in this window of opportunity we can share our experience, our triumph, our failures, our vision of life and learn based on the perspectives of others. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Saludos y bienvenidos estimados usuarios de esta maravillosa plataforma, el tema que nos compete en esta oportunidad sin duda representa un reto y al mismo tiempo una oportunidad para expresar todas aquellas sensaciones y emociones que nos ha permitido percibir y vivir la plataforma #Hive.

<div class="text-justify"> En este sentido, les hablare un poco de mí, Mi nombre de pila es Bernardo Madrid y como bien se expresa en mi perfil soy Docente Universitario en el área de ciencia, de manera que como todos sabrán un profesional de la docencia en un país como Venezuela no es bien remunerado, así que decidimos reinventarnos y explorar en el mundo digital, aún recuerdo que mis pensamientos estaban centrado en la web2 y sin duda mis esfuerzos no generaban ningún resultado, de manera que eran más las frustraciones que las oportunidades.

<div class="text-justify"> Sumado a lo anterior, surge la pandemia, ya la situación país era deprimente y con la llegada del virus sin duda mi situación y la de mi familia se agudizo en términos económicos, de manera que como cabeza de familia era mi responsabilidad velar por cada uno de ellos, por lo cual me vi en la necesidad de tocar diferentes puerta en busca de algo que me hiciera recordar que aún había algo por delante y que tenía que descubrirlo.

<div class="text-justify"> En una de esas puerta que había tocado, recuerdo que tuve una conversación con mi colega y amigo José Ángel Amesty (@amestyj) el cual desinteresadamente me hablo del trabajo que venía haciendo en HIVE y que esta era una plataforma que había surgido de un conflicto de la vieja cadena de bloques.

<div class="text-justify"> Sin temor a decirlo en ese momento me pareció una perdedera de tiempo, ya que en el 2017 me había inscrito en la antigua cadena y la había abandonado por no compaginar con el tipo de trabajo que allí se desarrollaba, sin embargo, tocar no es entrar, tuve que desempolvar lo guardado y conseguí mis claves de acceso, las cuales para ese entonces eran las mismas para HIVE.

<div class="text-justify"> Casualmente en ese momento había terminado un trabajo de investigación relacionados con el uso de las cascaras de cacao como agente antimicrobiano, con mucho temor, solicite  una delegación a nuestro colega @ritch, el cual respondió de manera oportuna y me dio la oportunidad de realizar mi primera publicación en la comunidad de #StemSocial y de repente un boom llego a mi cuenta de HIVE, me había valorado y los comentarios al respecto eran de valoración y apoyo a mi trabajo, desde ese mismo instante entendí que era el camino que debía transitar.

<div class="text-justify"> En este punto y respondiendo a los planteamientos de #Holos&lotus puedo expresar:

<div class="text-justify"> <strong>1. ¿Es Hive parte de tu bienestar?, ¿En qué sentido?

<div class="text-justify"> Desde el día en que realice mi primera publicación, HIVE se convirtió en un estilo de vida, en esta grandiosa plataforma he aprendido a conocer y respectar diferentes puntos de vista que me han permitido nutrirme en lo conceptual y que han permitido que mi imaginación viaje con las líneas de escritura que he leído en las diferentes comunidades donde suelo transitar, de manera que he aprendido a ver el mundo desde la perspectiva de cada usuario.

<div class="text-justify"> En este momento que analizo mi Blog (@madridbg) me doy cuento que el escribir en Hive se ha convertido en una necesidad y cuando no lo hago mi cuerpo clama por compartir nuevas experiencias en la plataforma. En este sentido, la repuesta corta es: Hive si forma parte de mi bienestar ya que la plataforma me ha permitido crecer como persona y como profesional.

<div class="text-justify"> <strong>2. Imagina que estas “vendiendo” a Hive ante un grupo de amigos: ¿En cuáles emociones relacionadas con el bienestar te enfocarías? y ¿Por qué? ¿Qué mensaje les darías?

<div class="text-justify"> En  primera instancia manifiesto y declaro la plataforma como un mundo de oportunidades, que nos permite crecer a nivel intelectual ya que podemos diversificar nuestro saber, a nivel económico, porque nos permite diversificar nuestros recursos y explorar diferentes tipos de mercados, y a nivel emocional, porque  fomentamos el amor propio, así como el respeto entre los usuario, sin dejar de lado en amplio desarrollo de la personalidad que logramos explotar dentro de la plataforma.

<div class="text-justify"> Este planteamiento de cierta manera ya le hemos dado respuesta en los apartados previos, ya que el simple hecho de hacer amigos, compartir información, generan bienestar económico, ser una ventana que ha llegado para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas y de los usuarios que en Hive coexistimos, nos demuestra que #Hive y el mundo blockchain está íntimamente ligado al bienestar, en esta ventana de oportunidad podemos compartir nuestra vivencia, nuestro triunfo, nuestro fracasos, nuestra visión de vida y aprender en función a las perspectivas de otros.
