# *Hello my loving Foodie Hivers,*

*How are you dear friends, I know everthing are OK for you in this pandemic time period. These days eat homemade foods very healthful for prevent from other ailments. So why I'm trying to prapare some dishes since our home. Today morning I waked up and after did my physical and mental exercises I went to kitchen with my wife for prepare dishes to breakfast and my lunch. Bitter aourd is a very nutritious vegetable familiar to Asian countries. But many people on't like to eat due to the bitter tast. For me, bitter gourd is one of favorite vegetable. So today I introduced you how to make bitter gourd curry.*

* **500 grams of bitter gourd**

* **Chopped onion**
* **Choped garlic**
* **Chopped green chilies**
* **Curry leaves and Rampe leaves**

* **Two teaspoons of meat curry powder**
* **One teaspoon of chili powder**
* **1/2 teaspoon of curry powder**
* **1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder**
* **Required salt**

* **1/2 cup of consered coconut milk**
* **One and 1/2 cups of melted coconut milk**

# *Preparing Steps*

* ***First, wash the bitter gourd thoroughly with clean water and cut into pieces.***

* ***Then take a pan and put the chopped bitter gourd pieces in it and put it on the stove. Add meat curry powder, chili powder, curry powder, turmeric powder and salt in the amount mentioned above. Then add the chopped green chillies. Now add the rumpe leaves and curry leaves. Now add one and a half cups of melted coconut milk to the mixture and mix well.***

* ***Leave the pan to simmer until all the ingredients in the pan have boiled a bit.***
