Feliz día hivers, esta es mi primera participación en esta comunidad y me siento feliz de compartir con todas las mamá y papás de esta comunidad. Les cuento que soy mamá de Raquel una bella joven, a veces no me lo creo, ya que la veo como mi niña pequeña.

Quedé embarazada al año de casada, fue un embarazo normal y mi hija nació muy sana, el único problema fue que nació con la nariz torcida, pero la doctora me dijo que era porque ella era muy grande y no tenía espacio en mi vientre, pero que eso se arreglaba solo y así pasó.
>I got pregnant a year after I was married, it was a normal pregnancy and my daughter was born very healthy, the only problem was that she was born with a crooked nose, but the doctor told me it was because she was very big and had no space in my belly, but that it would fix itself and it happened.

Nunca pensé que sería mamá de solo una hija, en mis planes estaba tener dos o tres hijos, pero cuando quise tener otro hijo enfermé de cáncer y no fue posible quedar embarazada, tenía mucho miedo de una recaída.
Raquel vivó su infancia entre adultos en su mayoría por ser hija única, fue una niña muy madura que se preocupaba a veces por problemas de adultos. Uno de mis mayores desafíos siempre fue tratar de cambiar eso, invitaba a mi hogar amigos de su colegio para que pudiera jugar y compartir con niños de su edad, pero ocurría a menudo que ella jugaba por un lado y los niños por otro, yo debía tratar de involucrarla y con el tiempo comenzó a compartir con sus amigos.

>I never thought that I would be a mother of only one daughter, I was planning to have two or three children, but when I wanted to have another child I got cancer and it was not possible to get pregnant, I was very afraid of a relapse.
Raquel lived her childhood among adults mostly because she was an only child, she was a very mature girl who sometimes worried about adult problems. One of my biggest challenges was always trying to change that, I invited friends from her school to my home so that I could play and share with children of her age, but it often happened that she played on the one hand and the children on the other, I had to try to get her involved and over time she started sharing with her friends.

Otro problema que recuerdo que donde tuve que intervenir como mamá ocurría en el colegio, Raquel en el recreo buscaba hablar con las maestras y no con los niños, ella se sentía más cómoda entre adultos que con niños de su edad. Yo siempre traté de rodearla y motivarla a conversar con niños para ella aprendiera socializar y a resolver conflictos propios de los niños.
>Another problem that I remember that where I had to intervene as a mother occurred at school, Raquel at recess sought to speak with the teachers and not with the children, she felt more comfortable among adults than with children her age. I always tried to surround her and motivate her to converse with children so that she would learn to socialize and solve children's conflicts.

Mi hija desde niña siempre fue muy exigente consigo misma, hasta el día de hoy quiere ser la mejor de su clase y se esfuerza por ello, es una líder innata, además tiene una autoestima alta. Características estas de los hijos únicos, sin embargo, como mamá me ha tocado hacerla sentir que no hay problemas si se equivoca, siempre le digo que yo no quiero una hija perfecta sino una hija feliz.
Amo ser mamá de Raquel, una joven que brilla con luz propia.

>My daughter has always been very demanding with herself since she was a child, to this day she wants to be the best in her class and she strives for it, she is an innate leader, she also has high self-esteem. These characteristics of only children, however, as my mother has made her feel that there are no problems if she makes a mistake, I always tell her that I do not want a perfect daughter but a happy daughter.
I love being a mother to Raquel, a young woman who shines with her own light.
