<div class="pull-left">  Muchas veces el miedo o la incertidumbre nos hace desistir cuando  queremos emprender un nuevo  proyecto o se nos presenta una oportunidad importante, le tememos al riesgo que conlleva y cuando esto ocurre nos preguntamos toda la vida que hubiera ocurrido si hubiéramos asumido el riesgo y enfrentado con valentía, solo te queda vivir con esa pegunta en tu mente. </div>

<div class="pull-right"> Many times fear or uncertainty makes us give up when we want to undertake a new project or an important opportunity is presented to us, we fear the risk that it entails and when this happens we wonder our whole life what would have happened if we had assumed the risk and faced with courage, you just have to live with that question on your mind.</div>

 Las oportunidades generalmente llegan una sola vez, evalúa si es lo que realmente quieres y tómala, si no te arriesgas estarás huyendo del éxito. Si fracasas levántate y aprende a  levantarte. Personalmente pienso que en la vida hay que tomar riesgos, disfrutar y celebrar los éxitos cuando se gana y aprender de los fracasos cuando se pierde.

> Opportunities generally come only once, evaluate if it is what you really want and take it, if you do not risk you will be running away from success. If you fail, get up and learn to get up. I personally think that in life you have to take risks, enjoy and celebrate successes when you win, and learn from failures when you lose.

 Una anécdota que viene a mi mente sobre tomar decisiones me ocurrió cuando estaba recién graduada de Ingeniero Industrial, comencé a trabajar en una empresa consultora, pero al poco tiempo me llamaron para trabajar en otra empresa con mejores beneficios, me ofrecieron estar a prueba por unos meses, tuve miedo de fallar y no quedarme en el empleo, no podía darme el lujo de quedarme sin trabajo, mi familia dependía de mis ingresos, pero tomé el riesgo y acepté. Me contrataron como empleada fija a los pocos meses y con un mejor sueldo y cargo de supervisión. De haberme quedado en el trabajo anterior no  hubiera logrado esa promoción en mi profesión.

> An anecdote that comes to my mind about making decisions occurred to me when I was just graduated as an Industrial Engineer, I started working in a consulting company, but soon after they called me to work in another company with better benefits, they offered me to be on probation for a few months, I was afraid of failing and not staying in my job, I couldn't afford to lose my job, my family depended on my income, but I took the risk and accepted. I was hired as a permanent employee within a few months and with a better salary and supervisory position. If I had stayed in a previous job, I would not have achieved that promotion in my profession.
