My History with coffe | Mi Historia con el café | [Eng-Esp]

En esta oportunidad me uno a la iniciativa propuesta por @brujita, y les contaré Mi historia con el café. 

Hay personas que nos le gusta el café negro o con leche, como en una oportunidad a mi no me gustaba para nada el café negro. Pero donde estoy viviendo actualmente estamos en invierno y el frio es alucinante; que tome la iniciativa de prepararme uno y desde ese entonces no he parado de preparármelo en las mañanas con un buen pasito.

***☕️ ¿A qué edad empezaste a tomar café?***

En mi país que es Venezuela, no hay edad para empezar a tomar café, he visto que desde pequeños a partir de 6 años lo empiezan a tomar, pero yo lo empecé a tomar este año a mis 26 y desde entonces me he vuelvo una linda adicta.

In my country which is Venezuela, there is no age to start drinking coffee, I've seen that from little ones from 6 years old they start drinking it, but I started drinking it this year at my 26 and since then I've become a cute addict.

La verdad prefiero el Café con leche o Cappuchino ¡Los amo! Es mi favorito por siempre.

Pero el café negro, me gusta mas que todo para que se me quite el sueño y el frio.

I actually prefer Café con leche or Cappuchino I love them! It's my all time favorite.

But black coffee, I like it more than anything to make me sleepy and cold.

***☕️ ¿En que sientes que te beneficia el consumo de café?***

Siento que me ha beneficiado mucho, porque en las mañanas cuando lo tomo me quita el frio, el sueño y hasta el hambre. Por otro lado he leído mucho sobre el café y he visto que tiene bastante beneficios en nuestro sistema activando nuestro cerebro en la memoria, vigilancia, ánimo y hasta nuestras energías  de forma automática con los componentes y vitamina que contrae que nos puede mantener despierto por más horas.

I feel that it has benefited me a lot, because in the mornings when I drink it it takes away the cold, sleep and even hunger. On the other hand I have read a lot about coffee and I have seen that it has many benefits in our system activating our brain in memory, vigilance, mood and even our energies automatically with the components and vitamin that it contracts that can keep us awake for more hours.

Consumo el café una ves al día, y en la semana máximo 4 veces. Pero el domingo en la mañana no puede faltar.

I drink coffee once a day, and a maximum of 4 times a week. But Sunday morning is a must.

***☕️¿Crees que el café es una tradición familiar en tu familia?***

Siempre he visto a mi mamá y papá tomando café, creo que es una tradición o mas que todo siento que lo hacen ya parte de su vida algo esencial que no puedo faltar ni un día y si falta es como que algo no puede avanzar si probar y oler ese cafecito.

I have always seen my mom and dad drinking coffee, I think it is a tradition or more than anything else I feel that they already make it part of their life something essential that I can't miss a day and if I miss it is like something can't move forward if I taste and smell that little coffee.

Hello @magamontilva, That's a nice display there; very attractive coffee. I do tend to have more coffee now that the days are colder too. It's like my hug in a mug😍
