><div class="text-justify">Hola amigos de Hive, me complace ser parte de la iniciativa @bluemis, en mi opinión los seres humanos tenemos derechos , obligaciones y libre albedrio que implica "Responsabilidad Moral" desde que nacemos y crecemos con costumbres formadas en el seno del hogar y tenemos libertad de tomar nuestra propia decisión en hacer lo bueno o lo malo esto determinada por nuestras acciones y estas dieron lugar establecer normas y a su vez a las leyes así nace el “Derecho “que tiene su antecedente en el “Derecho Consuetudinario”, pero esto no termina aquí ; interactuamos con otras personas y con el entorno con instituciones incluso con el Estado, HIVE es nuestra comunidad representa una institución o empresa tecnológica donde trabajamos para obtener un ingreso permite interactuar con otros usuarios y debemos cumplir normativas para realizar nuestras publicaciones; enmarcado en condiciones de políticas establecidas para efectuar trabajos que sean valorados , debemos cumplir lo establecido, es relevante mencionar que en todos los escenarios se presentar condiciones que dar lugar a cambios. <div class="text-justify">•Promover la valoración de proyectos que aportan soluciones a problemas en diferentes areas del saber humano.</div>
<div class="text-justify">•Sugiero aplicar un sistema de recompensas objetiva justa y equitativa para evitar la inclinaciones de algunos contenidos, quedando fuera de valoración muchos contenidos, esto arroja un resultado final solo beneficia un pequeño número de usuarios , esto trae consecuencias de desmotivación y deserción de usuarios y esto desvía objetivos principales de la plataforma y de los usuarios.</div>
<div class="text-justify">•Realizar un Checklist de contenido de las publicaciones para revisar contenido propio, la semántica, ortografía y eliminar plagios algunas publicaciones votadas contiene errores ortográficos y utilizan fuentes de contenidos de otros autores, sin utilizar los enlaces de procedencia de las fuente de contenidos o de imágenes , es decir aplican una simple copia y pega de contenido o de imágenes.</div>
<div class="text-justify">•Mantener la Calidad depende del ciclo de vida y gestión excelente sobre el retorno de los activos , en todas las etapas de las actividades desarrolladas por la plataforma Hive y los resultados obtenidos están determinados por dos importantes factores como son la calidad (Q) de nuestro sistema (expresada en la calidad del liderazgo de nuestra plataforma), y la aceptación (A) que nuestro usuarios tenga los planes y estrategias propuestos, esta relación se expresa de forma conceptual:, para lograrlo se requiere utilizar herramientas necesarias de ser aplicadas para un correcto desarrollo de nuestra Gestión de Activos, tales como :el OIM (Optimización Integral de Mantenimiento), el RCM2 (Mantenimiento Centrado en Confiabilidad) y el TPM (Mantenimiento Productivo Total).</div>
