Un cordial saludo y un fuerte abrazo queridos amigos y amigas de ***Hive***, #YoSoyMag - @magdiel7 y, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con todos ustedes un poco de esta espectacular planta que contiene un aroma muy agradable y múltiples usos y beneficios. La planta de *Hierba Buena* que creció en el jardín de mi papá, donde fue cuidada y mantenida con mucho amor y paciencia.

Esta magnífica planta, hermana de la menta, creció e hizo vida en el jardín de mi papá. Mi padre con mucho amor, cariño y atención, sembró esta planta en un pequeño matero aéreo, con la intención de evidentemente, obtener frutos de ella o en este caso, hojas jejeje. Mi padre día a día fue dándole la atención necesaria a esta planta para que lograra crecer abundantemente y sanamente, gracias a esos cuidados esta planta creció hasta donde hoy la vemos como la fotografía de la derecha, una planta sumamente hermosa, con un color verde muy vivo y unos aromas súper refrescantes y agradables.

Los beneficios de tener esta planta en casa son muchos, esta planta se puede utilizar tanto en la gastronomía, como en la medicina, en la gastronomía se utiliza mucho para ensaladas, jugos y cocteles <code>(a mí me gustan más los cocteles, sobre todo el de mojito xD)</code> y en la medicina es muy popular para controlar los gases gástricos.

Realmente los beneficios son muchos y se puede utilizar para múltiples cosas, por ejemplo, a mí me encanta usar para hacer judo de limón con hierba buena, es super delicioso y refrescante, y cuando estamos de parranda, se sirve con un buen ron oscuro blanco, sprite y limón, y disfrutamos de un delicioso mojito jejeje.
