兩個月減十公斤，怎麼做到的?

上一篇寫說要等到100公斤的時候才寫下一篇。問題是要量到100公斤整也有點難度，所以我就在100.5公斤的時候先寫了。

我在一月時還是110公斤。現在三月二十日是100.5公斤。兩個月減了將近10公斤。到底是怎麼減重的呢? 其實也沒做什麼特別的事，就是遵守了一些規則。

一: Intermittent fasting 間接性斷食

我晚上完全不吃東西。大約七八年前就有醫生告訴我說晚上睡覺前三小時不要吃東西，本來我有時候會胃痛，而我遵守這規則之後就沒了。之後為什麼變成晚上完全不吃東西，也是我自己測試出來的。我試著一陣子一天吃兩餐(早餐和午餐)，體重就開始減，再變一天吃三餐，體重就一直增加，最後再變回來晚上不吃東西後，體重又開始減。習慣之後，晚上不吃也沒啥感覺，就是稍微餓些。

以上圖叫做Vegetarian Omelette，在洋人餐廳吃的午餐，小僧吃素所以沒肉。


二: Calorie Deficit 热量赤字

這個挺簡單，就是每天吃的熱量要低於消耗的熱量。我每天都吃差不多的東西，因為我知道吃這個份量我的體重會減，所以只要不要亂吃其他東西就好。再加上我很常去健身房，一個禮拜去個五六次，再多消耗一些熱量。

再來一個素菜圖，叫Plant Based Meatballs,也是同家餐廳吃的。

三: 每餐先吃菜，再吃蛋白質，再吃飯

這一個是我最近從Youtube上學到的點子，就是每餐要先吃一盤菜。我不是專家所以這裡就不多寫原因了，主要就是看了些影片聊到食物應該照什麼順序來吃比較好。我看的專家說要先吃菜，所以我現在每一餐都先吃菜再吃其他東西，而如果沒菜我就不吃東西。

遵守這個規則還有一個好處就是我幾乎完全不吃零食。因為吃零食之前還要吃菜就太麻煩了，所以乾脆不吃。

老哥。您的胃病是哪方面的。寒胃还是热胃。
我之前胃疼到去医院做胃镜，后来医生跟我说了买一种高丽参泡水喝。
看了样子才知道那不是高丽参。我们这里叫《红参》不知道你们那边是不是这样叫。
我泡了几天喝了之后就没再发作过了。七年来胃一直没再犯病。老哥你可以试一下。

厉害了，这瘦得挺快了，不过如果让我晚上不吃东西，我是真的没办法😂目前是正常饮食，晚上的碳水摄入减少，平时水果和蔬菜适当增加，还有每天喝够水，如果前一天有大餐，次日会稍微减少午餐和晚餐的摄入量，不过每个人的体质不同，还是根据自己的体质来设置相匹配的瘦身方案，祝福詹老师能顺利达成您想要的健康体重。

Just like you reduced your weight from 110 kg to 100 kg, hopefully you will reduce your weight to 90 kg very soon.  I will see you in your next post with your picture.  

And yes, eating vegetables before meals helps in weight loss.  I also came to know about it a few months ago.

Loosing 10kg within just two months is full surprise for me. I am 73kg and back in covid days my weight was 81kg. I did exercise but no diet and I lost 13kg. Now again my weight is putting on as it was on 68kg and now it's 73kg.
