Chicken Pulao

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another blog. Today i came here with my new recipe which is very yummy **Chicken Pulao**. This is also quick recipe. I often make this recipe. So today i made it at lunch time so i wants to share with all of you my recipe. You must try it. I am ready for explaining and first i will tell you whole ingredients and spices. So let's start.

**Ingredients**

Half kg chicken 

One kg rice 

Two onions 

Green chillies 

Tomato 
 
Ginger 

Garlic

**Spices**

Salt

Black pepper 

Garam masala

Chilli flakes 

Dry grind coriander 

**Process**

First i washed chicken very well. Then washed rice and put them in the water. After this i cut onions and fried in the oil till it changes into golden brown colour.

After this i added chicken in the fry onions. And i fried chicken also it turns out in golden shade.

Later on i cut tomato and chopped green chillies and ginger garlic in a mini size machine and put whole ingredients in the chicken. After frying one minute i also added salt black pepper garam masala chilli flakes and cooked.

I cooked whole ingredients and spices for five minutes so that chicken left whole taste.

Later on i added 3 glass water in the chicken for boiling. And wait till water boil.

After boiling gravy i added soaked rice in the gravy and cooked.

When water was very low i covered the rice with lid and left it for dum on 5 to 10 minutes.

After ten minutes i opened the lid and my rice was ready. Delicious chicken Pulao is ready final look.
