Witness update - Public nodes update
A quick update:

- Moved my public seed node (`node.mahdiyari.info:2001`) to USA for decentralization reasons

- Updated my public API node to the latest stack (`https://rpc.mahdiyari.info`) which now supports REST APIs

- Removed the old HafSQL public node (~~hafsql.mahdiyari.info~~). The details for the latest version of the public HAF/HafSQL database are available at https://mahdiyari.gitlab.io/hafsql

- Added full API stack to my haf docker compose stack (https://gitlab.com/mahdiyari/haf_dockers/) - Running this compose stack will give you a full API node the same as my public RPC API node. The difference between this and `haf_api_node` is in its simplicity. You can just clone and run.

- Soon will be adding Hivemind and HAF Block Explorer to the public HAF/HafSQL database.

- Added a page to monitor HBD health more accurately https://hivedex.io/hbd-health


For the past couple of months I have been busy with a Hive related project which will be announced soon. I'm able to work on Hive thanks to your continued support. Hopefully I can bring more value to Hive going forward.
