Qurator's Monday Missions | Paintless Painting

Have you thought about how to paint without paint? Well, this is @qurator's mission of the week where we have to make a masterpiece but without using any paint. I had several ideas for this mission and I want to show you.

The first thing that occurred to me was to use crepe paper, it is a type of craft paper that is very colorful and very delicate. At home I have few colors and you only need a little of this paper, white paper and a brush for the following.

I placed each piece of paper in a glass cup, and in the meantime I heated some water. It must be very hot.

You must pour a little of the hot water in each cup with the paper so that its color comes out and you can obtain a kind of tincture. It is like fading colored paper.

When it's settled, you can use your brush to make shapes and create anything you can think of. Wet colors are not so appreciated.

But once the whole thing dries, you can look at the delicate colors and paint a lot of things.

In order not to waste the paper with the remaining dye, I took the wet paper between my hands and I was shaping to write my name. You press very well so that all the tincture comes out.

You should let it sit for about 4 hours until it dries very well. Try not to move it too much or peel off the paper.

And after a few hours, peel the paper off the sheet and you will have a unique and different masterpiece. Applies to millions of ideas.

And since my imagination did not stop, I used a spinach leaf to obtain another kind of natural tincture. I processed the spinach with a little water and passed through the strainer.

For this work I had the help of my little Miranda who could not resist painting with this super natural mixture that I made for @qurator. She decided to make the hearts of daddy, mommy, her sister and herself.
