A los Venezolanos nos gusta tropicalizar las recetas de otros países y volverlas nuestras, haciendo uso de alimentos que tenemos a la mano. De esta forma, el arroz chino hecho en Venezuela se ha convertido en un plato clásico que muchas familias preparan fusionando ingredientes de nuestra cultura nacional. Este arroz es común en mi hogar, ya que no solo es divino, sino que rinde bastante, por lo que podemos hacerlo cuando tenemos invitados en casa.

We Venezuelans like to tropicalize recipes from other countries and make them our own, making use of food that we have on hand. In this way, Chinese rice made in Venezuela has become a classic dish that many families prepare by fusing ingredients from our national culture. This rice is common in my home, as it is not only divine, but it packs a lot, so we can make it when we have guests at home.

INGREDIENTES:
2 tazas de arroz
4 tazas de agua
1 chuleta de cochino
250 g de pechuga de pollo.
Salsa de soya
3 tallos de cebollin (cebolla china) 
1 zanahoria pequeña
1 tallo de celery (apio españa)
1/2 berenjena pequeña
1/2 calabacin pequeño
5 ají dulces (o picantes según su preferencia)
1 cebolla
5 dientes de Ajo 
Adobo al gusto
Orégano al gusto
Sal al gusto
> INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of rice
4 cups of water
1 pork chop
250 g of chicken breast.
Soy sauce
3 stalks of chives (Chinese onion)
1 small carrot
1 stalk of celery (Spanish celery)
1/2 small eggplant
1/2 small zucchini
5 sweet chili peppers (or hot according to your preference)
1 onion
5 garlic cloves
Marinade to taste
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste

PREPARACIÓN:
Lo primero a preparar será el arroz, ya que necesitamos que repose antes de usar en la receta.  En una olla caliente se agrega el arroz con un 1 ají dulce y se deja dorar un poco, luego se añade las tazas de agua, un poco de sal, removemos y dejamos cocinar. Cuando este el arroz listo, se deja reposar.
> PREPARATION:
The first thing to prepare will be the rice, since we need it to be settled in order to start making the recipe. In a hot pot, add the rice with 1 sweet pepper and let it brown a little, then add the cups of water, a little salt, stir and let it cook. When the rice is ready, let it rest.

Se pica en trozos pequeños y condimenta la chuleta de cochino con ajo, sal, adobo, salsa de soya y orégano y se pone a cocinar a fuego medio/bajo con las zanahorias, ya que al ser el vegetal más duro necesita de mayor cocción.

Mientras el cochino se va cociendo, se pican los vegetales en trozos a nuestra elección, no tan pequeños para que no se desmoronen.

Cuando el cochino este cocido, se añade el pollo, previamente picado en trozos pequeños y se agregan los vegetales, a excepción ​del cebollin que lo usaremos al final.

Mientras se terminan de cocinar las carnes con los vegetales se remueve el arroz para que al mezclar con las carnes este suelto y la mezcla no se vuelva pastosa.

A fuego bajo se mezcla muy bien el arroz con la preparación de las carnes con vegetales y se agrega el cebollin troceado y se va añadiendo la salsa de soya poco a poco.
> Over low heat the rice is mixed very well with the preparation of the meats with vegetables and the chopped chives are added and the soy sauce is added little by little.

Dejamos a fuego bajo hasta que el arroz este caliente y apagamos. La técnica a la hora de hacer este arroz, es dejar reposar el arroz antes de remover con las carnes a usar y agregar cebollin al final.
