Mi post de hoy va a tratar de mi primera experiencia en el laboratorio de Bacteriologia, comencé mis clases del nuevo semestre en la universidad y este laboratorio me tenía muy emocionada ya que me habían dicho que las prácticas son muy lindas. >Hello hivers I hope you are doing well. El laboratorio de Bacteriologia da inicio a temas emocionantes que conectan más con la profesión y me hace recordar el por qué decidí estudiar Bioanalisis|It's been two weeks since I started my 5th semester of college and although it has me very anxious about the new knowledge and especially the midterms 🙈 I will not deny that I am also very excited to reach this point of my career and to be able to start my classes in a "normal" way after a pandemic that threatened the world. The Bacteriology lab gives a start to exciting topics that connect more with the profession and makes me remember why I decided to study Bioanalysis.| |-|-|  |El laboratorio contó con dos días, y la razón es que las bacterias tenían que formar las colonias para poder realizar la tinción y verlas a microscopio. Fue mi primera siembra de bacterias, estaba cruzando los dedos para que hubiera por lo menos 3 colonias que me permitieran hacer los análisis, para mi mayor sorpresa así fue y estaba muy emocionada|The laboratory had two days, and the reason was that the bacteria had to form colonies to be able to stain and see them under the microscope. It was my first bacterial seeding, I was crossing my fingers that there would be at least 3 colonies that would allow me to make the analysis, to my greatest surprise it was so and I was very excited.| |-|-| ||| |El día dos realicé la tinción de Gram (pronto les subiré un post de ello) y pude visualizar los microorganismos a microscopio óptico. Cada vez que logro enfocar una muestra me emociona mucho, yo siempre digo que la primera vez que enfoque un microscopio fue como amor a primera vista🙈 y bueno aquí les dejo un pequeño gif de cómo se ven las bacterias de las colonias|On day two I performed the Gram stain (soon I will upload a post about it) and I was able to visualize the microorganisms under an optical microscope.
