Convulsing Life

To life's soul, she who screams with no voice
when you numb yourself, destroyer queen
blue that makes blues, as golden that gilds
only then you'll comprehend what is, for us, your meaning.

Nothing! That is! We don't see, we don't know
nonexistent essence, that we search for, smoldering
with no living gods looking at us and smiling
only then we drink from our very own poison.

We are dead and alive, surely fallen
convulsing over the Earth, in the happiest smiling
when we root out ourselves, to surely not bloom
only then we know that we have been, by ourselves, betrayed.

quando entorpece-te, rainha destruidora,
azul que azula, como o dourado que doura
aí é que compreendes teu significado para nós.

O Nada! Isto é! Não o vemos, não sabemos
inexistente essência, e a buscamos latentes
sem deuses vivos, nos olhando, contentes...
aí é que bebemos nossos próprios venenos.

Estamos vivos e mortos, certamente caídos
convulsionando sobre a Terra, em riso feliz,
depois de arrancarmo-nos a nós mesmos, pela raíz
é que sabemos que fomos por nós mesmos traídos...
