¡Hola  abejitas! 💫🌈 Espero se encuentren bien y tengan un bendecido día. Para hoy les traigo una preparación de unas torticas saladas de papas que  me encantan😋 . 

### 📝 Ingredientes:

● 🥔3 Papas Medianas
● 🥚1 Huevo
● Harina de trigo
● 🧂Sal al gusto
● Agua
● Aceite para freír
● 🧀 Queso  blanco rallado

👩🏻‍🍳 Preparación:
1.- Lavamos y cocinamos las papas (a vapor), pelamos y trituramos.

2.- Cuando las papas están como hechas pure agregamos sal, harina, agua y mezclamos bien.

3.- Ponemos a calentar un caldero y le agregamos suficiente aceite, vamos colocando cucharadas de la mezcla, cocinamos a fuego mediohasta que esté dorada por ambos lados, las retiramos y las ponemos sobre papel absorbente para retirar el exceso de aceite.
