Hoy amanecí rebelde, hay noticias que me ponen en esta sensación... 😏
Donde no quiero hacer algo, o me parece injusta la forma que hacen las cosas, en este caso me sucede con la nueva planificación de la vacuna para el covid-19. 
Me encantaría que se entiendan todos, que fuese más relajado el proceso, no tan estresante porque un día dicen algo y otro día dicen otra cosa, esto va desde la organización mundial de salud, los países que son potencias hasta llegar a mi hermosa Venezuela...
Un día que si funciona una vacuna, otro día no, un día puedes viajar tranquilamente con la vacuna que te pusiste, otro  día no... ¿Wow en serio? No quiero sonar que me quejo, pero pónganse de acuerdo 😅

Por cierto, si no te has vacunado y gustas hacerlo te quiero recomendar un par de cosas:

- Ponte la vacuna que te haga sentir más cómodo y que tenga mayor % de protección.
- No debes tener síntomas de gripe, malestar en el cuerpo o haberte puesto la vacuna de la influenza como mínimo 15 días de antelación.
- Si vas a viajar escoge una vacuna que esté permitida en el país a donde vas (Aunque en el tiempo esto puede variar).
- Verifica si el laboratorio donde fabrica la vacuna que te vas a colocar tiene contraindicaciones, para asmáticos, enfermos renales o hepáticos, hipertensos u otros. De ser así consulta con un médico de confianza.
- El día que te la pongas lleva ropa ligera, evita suéter o ropa apretada, porque te tienes que subir las mangas y es complicado. 
- Procura no estar al sol, hidratarte bien y estar relajado.
- Luego que te coloques la vacuna, toma mucha agua, por lo menos 3 litros de agua, consulta con tu médico de confianza, si puedes tomar acetaminofén o paracetamol, ingiere comida fácil de digerir y descansa. Hay gente que le cae muy bien la aplicación, pero a otros se le acentúa los efectos secundarios.
- Evita tomar alcohol, ingerir lácteos y hacer ejercicios por 72 horas.

Where I don't want to do something, or it seems unfair the way they do things, in this case it happens to me with the new vaccine planning for covid-19. 
I would love for everyone to understand each other, for the process to be more relaxed, not so stressful because one day they say something and another day they say something else, this goes from the world health organization, the countries that are powers up to my beautiful Venezuela....
One day a vaccine works, another day it doesn't, one day you can travel with the vaccine you had, another day it doesn't? Wow really? I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, but agree 😅


By the way, if you haven't had the vaccine and would like to do so I want to recommend a couple of things:

- Get the vaccine that makes you feel most comfortable and has the highest % protection.
- You should not have flu symptoms, body discomfort or have had the influenza vaccine at least 15 days in advance.
- If you are going to travel, choose a vaccine that is allowed in the country where you are going (although in time this may vary).
- Check if the laboratory that manufactures the vaccine you are going to get has contraindications for asthmatics, renal or hepatic patients, hypertensive or others. If so, consult a doctor you trust.
- The day you get it, wear light clothes, avoid sweaters or tight clothes, because you have to roll up your sleeves and it is complicated. 
- Try to stay out of the sun, hydrate well and be relaxed.
- After you get the vaccine, drink plenty of water, at least 3 liters of water, consult with your doctor, if you can take acetaminophen or paracetamol, eat easily digestible food and rest. Some people are very happy with the application, but for others the side effects are accentuated.
- Avoid drinking alcohol, dairy products and exercise for 72 hours.

a mi me toco una dosis la jhonson eso fue lo que me gusto de mi vacunación.  Fue un proceso muy rápido a mi parecer aqui en Colombia, y bueno si me dio algo de malestar ese día, pero me acosté a ver tv así que lo disfrute. Saludos

Mmm?!? Esa cara ¿fue antes o después de la vacuna?.. Y que pasa si me puse una vacuna, por ejemplo la rusa (es esa o la china) y después quiero ir a Disneylandia y me dicen que no, que tiene que ser la de Astra-Zeneca, ¿me tengo que volver a vacunar? Que estress!! Me pones a dudar ¿sabes?

jajajjajajja después,  según la información que leí hace un día, estas son las que permiten:
 
- **Pfizer/BioNtech** - aprobada para uso de emergencia por la OMS el 31 de diciembre de 2020
- **AstraZeneca (de AstraZeneca/Oxford)** - aprobada para uso de emergencia el 16 de febrero de 2021
- **Janssen (de Johnson & Johnson)** - aprobada el 12 de marzo de 2021
- **Moderna** - aprobada el 30 de abril de 2021
- **Sinopharm** - 7 de mayo de 2021
- **Sinovac-Coronavac** - 1 de junio de 2021
