<div class='text-justify'><div class='pull-left'> No me pude resistir, ante la invitación tan agradable que me hizo @miriannalis sobre la iniciativa que junto a su hermana @lacrucita están haciendo, para promocionar el movimiento del “Arepazo Mundial” realizado hace 9 años, por su otra hermana Luisana La Cruz, Rafael Mourad y Tony De Viveiros, a través de su organización Venmundo, resaltando el  símbolo gastronomíco y de unión de nuestra hermosa Venezuela, así que hoy vine a contarte... 
 
**¿Que es la arepa, su origen y de que estan rellenas?** para ver si luego de esto, te animas y la pruebas... 😀

**La arepa**, es un alimento que se consume tradicionalmente en Venezuela, Colombia y Bolivia de donde es originario, sin embargo existe la duda si es Venezolana o Colombiana.😅


Su origen, data mucho antes de la llegada de los españoles a América, ya que, era parte de la dieta base de los indígenas y su nombre surge de los indios Cumanagotos, quienes las llamaban así. También, tienen un parecido a las pupusas o gorditos de América Central y  México.

**The arepa**, is a food that is traditionally consumed in Venezuela, Colombia and Bolivia from where it originates, however there is doubt if it is Venezuelan or Colombian.


Its origin dates back long before the arrival of the Spaniards to America, since it was part of the basic diet of the Indians and its name comes from the Cumanagotos Indians, who called them that. They also have a similarity to the pupusas or gorditos of Central America and Mexico.

Es de fácil cocción, se realiza con harina de maíz precocida ó maíz seco molido, su forma es circular y aplanada, puede ser delgada o gruesa. 

Para su cocción, se coloca un poco de grasa (Aceite o mantequilla) en la plancha, sarten o budare, para que no se pegue, luego se va volteando a medida que se va cocinando, hasta que este dorada y que al darle unas palmaditas a la corteza suene. 

Para servirla, se le agrega diferentes rellenos como: queso, jamón, carne mechada, cane molina, pollo, pernil, aguacate, mantequilla, entre otros... También se comé sin relleno y puede ser acompañante para sopas o cualquier otro plato. Volviendose irresistible para quien la degusta. En Venezuela, es uno de nuestros platos favoritos que acompaña nuestros desayunos, almuerzos y cenas...

Así que, si tienes esta deliciosa oportunidad de probarla, te aconsejo que ni lo pienses 😂

It is easy to cook, is made with pre-cooked corn flour or dried corn grinding, its shape is circular and flattened, can be thin or thick. 
For cooking, it is placed a little fat (oil or butter) n, grilled, frying pan or budare, so that it does not stick, then is turned as it cooks, until it is golden and that by patting the bark sounds.  

To serve it, different fillings are added such as: cheese, ham, larded meat, cane molina, chicken, leg, avocado, butter, among others... It is also eaten without filling and can be a companion for soups or any other dish. Becoming irresistible to those who taste it. In Venezuela it is one of our favorite dishes that accompanies our breakfasts, lunches and dinners...

So, if you have the chance to try it, I advise you not to even think about it 😂
