A role model or mentor is said to be someone others look up to as a sign of hope and advance a good example. A role model may be a one that is deserve imitation โ a bit like the one that you love teacher or a well-behaved celebrity. Particularly Someone who influences us for good can be chosen as a role model. To me i might rather say a task model may be a one that has positively influenced someone in life, and isn't a crammed with selfishness and greed. ... a task model or also a mentor is someone who we should always never feel awkward lecture about our problems. The job of the role model could also be related to that of a leader and the responsibilities he must perform which is seen as the process of influencing someoneโs behavior towards being dedicated and committed to the task assigned to them so as to achieve the organizational goals. The word ledesrship is sub-function of directing function of management, where an individual called a leader is appointed to be guiding and influencing other people behavior so that the organizational goals will be achieved easily. This is really important especially for new investors. I wish I had better role models for sure. My grandparents had stocks, businesses, and real estate, but didn't teach me a damn thing about any of it. My parents were the worst money managers on the planet, and still are, so I have had to learn on my own, the hard way, lol. But the internet has been a blessing by giving many of these older and wiser investors like Robert Kiyosaki a platform to be able to teach those of us that never had those type of mentors. I hope and aim to become someone people can look to for advise one day, at least be better for my kids than my elders were for me as far as financial education.
