¿Acaso puede ser posible que en las profundidades del océano se encuentre un punto de luz que no sea mortífera? En el fondo merodean criaturas que pueden engañarte proyectando una luz que luce apacible pero es realmente peligrosa. 



Nadan a tu alrededor, tentándote a acabar el sufrimiento con un tormento efímero pero mayor. Acechan en la penumbra de la profundidad en la que te has ahogado. Los ves acercarse y te encoges de terror. Son enormes e intimidantes, buscan una forma de hacerte su presa.


Ha pasado tanto tiempo desde que caí en esa penumbra acuosa que ni siquiera reaccionaba a su presencia. Estaba muerta en vida, pálida y abandonada, insensible. Pero un día apareció una luz distinta. No era fría y opaca, era brillante y cálida, diferente.


Sin embargo al ser extraña me genera desconfianza, no me acerco pues no sé si sea tan solo una treta más de otro monstruo de las profundidades pero... Me llama. Me invita a nadar cerca, y muy dentro de mí se ha despertado una añoranza antaño olvidada. Esperanza. 


¿He de acercarme? No tengo la certeza. Aunque quizá, tan solo quizá haya una posibilidad de que al fin suba a la superficie...

Is it possible that in the depths of the ocean there is a point of light that is not deadly? In the deep lurk creatures that can trick you by casting a light that looks peaceful but is actually dangerous.


They swim around you, tempting you to end the suffering with an ephemeral but greater torment. They lurk in the gloom of the depth in which you have drowned. You see them approach and you cringe in terror. They are huge and intimidating, looking for a way to prey on you.


It's been so long since I fell into that watery gloom that I didn't even react to its presence. I was dead in life, pale and abandoned, numb. But one day a different light appeared. It wasn't cold and dull, it was bright and warm, different.


However it's strange so it generates distrust in me, I don't approach it because I don't know if it's just another feint from another monster from the depths but... It calls me. It invites me to swim nearby, and deep within me a longing long time forgotten has awakened. Hope.

Should I get closer? I'm not sure. Although maybe, just maybe there's a chance that I'll finally rise to the surface...
