In this report, I cover the early market action from London on Tuesday, February 12th, 2019. I look briefly at the precious metals, the stock market, the dollar, the bond market and the price of oil.

Today I look at our current monetary system and show how we are actually not using money to transact and that our current system is built on a house of cards or never-ending debt creation. What we use today is fiat currency backed by the government debt which can never be paid off or extinguished.

I also look at the origin of banking and the word bank itself and how it evolved during the Middle Ages in the Italian City States. 

My conclusion is that the eventual collapse of our debt-based currency system is unavoidable as it is flawed and unsustainable. Real money like physical gold and silver will go a long way to protecting your savings in the eventual destruction of the current system.
