### What’s up my fellow Splinterlands warriors!



I hope you all are doing well in your life and also playing and enjoying this breathtaking strategy game in your meantime. Well, the things never stop at Splinterlands and looking at the current season timer, we have already crossed half and inly 6 days for this current season to end. I am working upon my season goals and trying mainly to reach into the champs league at this point. I hope you all are doing same like me, working in your season goals and either trying for leaderboard positions or try to catch the next league of tier before the season clock hits zero. I must say that with the launch of the newest soul bounded reward card-set, things are already changing in here and where old reward card prices have started to rise up slowly, players are focusing more in the other hand to collect more and more reward chests so that they can upgrade these nee reward card-sets to their play level.

I am also doing the same and starting from this season when they introduced these new cards in reward chests, I am trying to get at least 10 chests daily and accumulating more soul bound cards into my account. Today also I finished the focus quest by collecting 10 reward chests and showcased the outcome screenshots at below. As for the season chests count, I have collected 37 so far and let’s just see if I can cross making it 60 chests before the season end. However, as for today’s reward pull, I didn’t get anything special, just 2 BCXs of a common card and 8 BCXs of a rare card along with around 15 SPS, 76 merits, 10 alchemy and 26 legendary potions from those 10 loot chests. For me, The card grinding mission is going all good but I am Only getting common and rare reward cards mostly and only found 2 chests so far containing an epic or legendary card.

There are total 43 cards in this reward card-set and 6 among them are summoners, each from one splinter and the rest 37 are monster cards. There are total 12 legendary cards, 7 epic cards, 12 rare cards and 12 common cards in this edition and as per game ruleset, we can not sell, transfer, rent or even burn until the next reward set released. Among all of them, I found some astonishing monsters which might be very helpful for me while playing matches. Today, I am going to talk about one of them in this post and as you have guessed already from the thumbnail, today’s special monster is the IZIAR. 



### `IZIAR`

Iziar is a legendary type monster card that belongs to the Life splinter. This card costs a whopping amount of 11 mana to be used in battles and it’s attack type is magic. Let is now find more about this monster at below.

### `Tier-wise Stats & Abilities`

`Bronze`





At it’s initial level, this monster possesses 2 magic attack at 3 speed with 12 health along with Taunt and Void ability.





`Silver`





At level 2, this monster’s stats get boosted with more health. It possesses 2 magic attack at 3 speed with 14 health at silver tier.





`Gold`



At level 3, all the stats of this monster remains same as of it’s previous level. But instead it gets a new ability Martyr.









`Diamond / Champ`





At max level, it gets even more fore power and possesses 3 magic attack at 3 speed with 14 health along with those 2 abilities that I mentioned above.

### `How to use IZIAR in battles`





* Well, first of all, it’s a really big monster and consumes 11 mana to be used in battles. So, in 99 mana limit or matches with over 50 mana cap, this monster will be very useful I think. 





* It’s taunt ability is it’s first perk with which, you can attract all enemy monster’s attacks towards it while saving your rest friendly monsters. This monster also possesses a good amount of health throughout all it’s levels so with taunt ability, it will work well in the battles.







* It’s Void ability is another great plus point about this monster, which certainly increases it’s standing chance against magic monsters. So I will be using this monster to defend in magic matches.







* The last ability that this monster has is the Martyr ability. This brand new ability just recently got introduced with the new soul bound reward card-set and if a monster having this ability dies, it thus provides it’s adjacent monsters +1 to all stats. So in other word, we just got a bigger version of bloodlust ability now.







For me, whenever I get the 99 mana cap or other big mana cap matches, I always try to use either Life or Fire legendary splinterlands or choose a dragon summoner in the first place and make even stronger lineup with the same. In many cases when playing these types of big mana cap matches, I have to rely heavily upon magic monsters. So I think this monster will surely find it’s place in my lineups once I collect enough and upgrade it to it’s max level.
