### What’s up my fellow splinternerds!



I hope all of you are enjoying a lovely day with your friends and family and also started preparing yourself for this as well. Well, only 13 days left for this current season to end and we have to play and earn our rewards in meantime while keeping an eye on the ECR rate. Well, I talk often about ECR but in reality, I am also struggling to recharging it back to 80%+ as today also, I started with playing just 1 or 2 match which then extended to playing down my ECR by another 20% and right now, It is recharging at 55%. But gladly, I have reached the Diamond tier back again today with a current trophy count of 2,807.

As you can see from above, I have collected a total of 7 chests for today’s focus mission and opened them while still in Gold I. But luckily, I snatched in a gold foil rare card this time. I also find out that many wild format old cards are selling for way cheaper now while roaming in the card market. Well, irrespective of the price, I also listed some of my old cards for sale yesterday as I need money to buy some of these Riftwatchers cards asap. I already rented in 2 very good cards during the start of this season for cheap - the Coeurl Lurker and the Dragon Jumper but yesterday, the Lurker owner refunded me the DEC and took back his card.

### `TWILIGHT BASILISK`


Now, let us jump into the main theme of this post as today, I Will be showcasing another awesome Reward card, the Twilight Basilisk. This little dragon is catching my eye lately as I am getting more victories now, especially in matches with Knock Out ruleset!

Twilight Basilisk is a rare type reward card that only costs 4 mana to be used in the battlefield. It belongs to the Dragon splinter and it’s attack type is melee. This monster is well crafted with a little shield + high health combo and good speed along with a medium melee attack with Stun and Reach ability which is over average respecting its mana cost. Let us now fond more about this card tier wise at below.





`Bronze`



At level 2, this monster possesses 2 melee attack at 3 speed with 1 armour and 3 health and also gets the Reach ability since it’s initial level. You can use it at second in line to increase your front defence and also attack onto enemies with this card.



`Silver`



This card gets 2 melee attack at 4 speed with 1 armour and 4 health at level 4. The increased stat in it’s speed and certainly health makes this monster more powerful.





`Gold`



At level 6, this monsters possesses 2 melee attack at 4 speed with 2 armour and 4 health and also gets the Stun ability from level 5. Now, this monster has a chance to apply stun onto enemy card and make it skip it’s next turn. 





`Diamond / Champ`



At max level, this monster gets 3 melee attack at 4 speed with 2 armour and 5 health along with those 2 abilities that I mentioned above. No doubt he gets jacked up enough to stay alive for a while in mini to medium mana limit matches and matches with Little League ruleset.

As it’s a reward edition monster, This card is selling for very cheap in the cards market and you can currently buy this card starting from 0.019$ per BCX and will cost you about 30.69 dec and onwards. There is also a max level pf this card available for only 2.16$ or 3,494 DEC if anyone is looking for a good deal.

### `HILL GIANT`




As my front defence, I chose the Hill giant monster which costs only 3 mana but provides good defensive stats with Stun. I am using a level 8 in here and it has 2 melee attack at 3 speed with 8 health along with the Stun ability.

### `TWILIGHT BASILISK`





Because of it’s Reach ability, I placed my Twilight at the second position of my lineup. I have already discussed about it’s stats at above so let’s move on to the next monster.

### `DHAMPIR INFILTRATOR`


At the third position of my lineup, I chose a level 8 Dragon monster Infiltrator which has 2 melee attack at 3 speed with 4 health along with 3 abilities - Sneak, Double Strike and Cripple.

### `DRAGON JUMPER`


I selected my main attack Dragon Jumper at the fourth position of my lineup mainly because of it’s opportunity + Stun combo. I am using a level 3 here and it has 4 melee attack at 5 speed with 6 health along with 4 abilities - Flying, Opportunity, Snare and Stun.

### `QUEEN MYCELIA`




To defend my friendly monster and also heal up the rear wounded monsters, I chose the Queen Mycelia at the fifth position of my lineup which has 1 magic attack at 1 speed with 4 health along with 3 abilities - Protect, Amplify and Triage.

### `IZA THE FANGED`



At the last place of my lineup, I chose another monster with stun ability, Iza the Fanged. At level 3, This legendary monster has 2 ranged attack at 4 speed with 3 health along with 3 abilities - Sneak, Scavenger and Stun.




### `Battle Execution`






Well, it was a 30 mana limit match with the Heavy Hitter ruleset where monsters that are stunned receives double damage from every attack. So, I used a total of 4 monsters in my lineup which possess this ability at gold tier. 



As the match got revealed, I found out that my opponent has used Life Summoner Lorna Shine against me and his attack style is also a mixture of melee, range and Magic.

As the first round started, my Dragon Jumper attacked the enemy Shieldbearer and also stunned him down luckily. So, because of the ruleset, it will now receives double damage for this entire round. But sadly, with the help of heal and repair from it’s friends, the shieldbearer stayed alive in the first round while I lost one of my monsters, Iza the Fanged which hot killed by the enemy sneak Stitch Leech.

At the start of round 2, the Shieldbearer was left with 2 armour and 5 health and as my Dragon Jumper attacked first, it broke down the armour, followed by my Twilight’s attack which again applied stun upon it. But the Shieldbearer then got healed up again but next both my Infiltrator and Hill Giant attacked him and finally killed it down. But sadly, the enemy Adelade again resurrected it back from dead with stat of 5 armour and 1 health.

As the third round begins, again my Dragon Jumper and Twilight attacked the Shieldbearer and my Twilight again applied Stun upon it. But next it again got healed up. My Hill giant also got dead as the round continuous but gladly at the end of this round, my Queen Mycelia attacked and killed down the Shieldbearer again finally but also got wounded from the enemy Stitch Leech’s sneak attack and the round ended here.

As the fourth round started, first my Dragon Jumper attacked and took away the divine shield from the enemy Harpy and also applied Stun upon it, followed by my Twilight which then killed it with 1 hit because of the ruleset. Next, my infiltrator wounded the enemy adelade and then my Queen also healed her up a bit and attacked the stick leech and took away it’s divine shield too. But then sadly, the adelade attacked and killed down my wounded twilight.

As the fifth round begins, the Dragon Jumper again attacked the first and killed down the enemy adelade, followed by my Infiltrator which double attacked on the Stitch and brought its health down to 3. Next, my queen healed it back to full health and wounded the Stitch again but then the Stitch attacked and killed down my Infiltrator and the round ended here.

At the last round, as usual my Dragon Jumper attacked first and this time, it finally killed down the damn Stitch Leech. Then as the match continuous, Dragon Jumper killed the rest 2 monster as well and thus I Won another good match in Ranked.
