### What’s up my fellow splinterlands warriors!





What is the most unpleasant thing for you in splinterlands? Well, for me it’s the maintenance message on the game whenever there is update going on and we cant access the game for some time. Today seems to be an unlucky day for me as when I finally opened the game on my browser to enjoy some playtime, all my excitement goes to pond when I saw the maintainers page flashing in front of me. I immediately went to the splinterlands discord server to find out what’s cooking in the background and after visiting, I remembered about the upcoming dual splinter card Zyriel sale which was about to get updated today in the game website and thus the maintenance took place. I was unlucky because the maintenance window just started about 10 minutes ago and I had to wait for more than 1.5 hours to finally get it back alive. No, I am not complaining about anything here and in fact, I am excited to see the first ever minster in splinterlands that supports dual splinter and can be used with any of the two splinterlands in battles! I hope you all are excited too and waiting for the sale to kick in which is about to happen in 1 hour and 40 minutes from now.

Zyriel will be a limited edition promo card and the first ever card in the history of splinterlands that represents dual elements within 1 card. It is a legendary card with dual splinter Life and Death forged into it’s stats, which means that you can summon this card with both life and death teams. Zyriel is Such an amazing card that I believe that soon it will become a must have card to compete in the bloody battlefield and though at this moment I do not have enough resources to buy this card in the sale, I will be trying to acquire this card in near future. This card costs 7 mana to be used in battles and at max level, it possesses 5 ranged attack at 2 speed with 5 health along with 4 abilities- weapons training, Life Leech, Divine Shield and Rust ability. At first glance, I find out this card to become a hit in medium to high mana limit matches and having the ability to be used with 2 splinters, it’s usability certainly is much more than other cards.

Moreover, using Zyriel in the ranked battles will give you +10% RP every time you win while playing for Death or Life focus quests. On the other hand, it will be the first tradable card that will have the weapons training ability, since the only cards that hold the same ability are from soul bound edition and not tradable right now. Now, many of you may think that there are already neutral splinter cards in the game that can be used with any splinters in battles but think twice, cause in general the neutral splinter monster are comparatively weaker than other splinter cards and there are also some rulesets where you can not use cards that belongs to neutral splinter. But this card on the other hand seems stronger than a typical neutral card and can be used where neutral cards are ruled out. With this card, now you can make even deadlier combos by adding more weapons training ability cards with it to give your non attacker tank cards even more fire power! And last but not least, taking about land, any multi-element cards including Zyriel will be considered as whichever element gives them the highest terrain bonus and for example - using Zyriel on lands will receive a +10% terrain bonus on badlands, Bogs, Forests, Hills, Jungles, Mountains, Plains and Swamps.

There will be only total 15,000 single BCX Zyriels minted ever and available for sale. Each BCX of this card will cost 80,000 DEC in the official sale and in order to buy a max level of this card, one would have to spent 880k dec which is indeed a massive amount but justified for an one of a kind card like this. However, there is a discount if anyone want to use vouchers and in that case, for using each voucher will give a discount of 250 dec and maximum 160 vouchers per BCX card can be used to buy, making the cost down to 40k dec and 160 vouchers to buy each BCX. Without a doubt, if the sale goes well, it will alone burn down a huge chunk of Vouchers and DEC and hopefully will reflect in their price as well. Only about 1 hour left for the sale to begin so we are about to find that soon.
