Mark Cuban: Why he is against Universal Basic Income

Mark Cuban shares his views on Universal Basic Income and where he sees things going on the technical front.

He presents a candid outlook on the situation.  Many of us in the Manna Community agree with him about the employment situation going forward.

One thing to note.  His point about how to pay for it and the taxes required to do it is something that is common in the discussion.  It is also the point that turns people away.  

Cuban's conclusion appears to be about the taxes mostly, although he did mention the idea of everyone quitting and staying home.  We are glad he is willing to research the subject more because we are certain he will then come across the studies that show this viewpoint is not backed up by any evidence.

The tax/funding debate does not go away and one reason why we are operating using cryptocuerrency.  We avoid the that discussion altogether.

She also thought it was a good thing to steal land from the "unproductive" natives, and that you shouldn't let the health of environment or others beings stop you in the pursuit of your egotistic goals

Also, also. I didn't find any source supporting your claim about her supporting UBI, but I found several quotes from Ayn Rand admirers suggesting she opposing it, this being the only one adding a reference:

"She strongly opposed such programs when they were proposed by Nixon (in 1969) and McGovern (in 1972).

Mark was against bitcoin awhile back, I think he accepts it now for the Mavs.  He'll come around to manna soon :).  The tax/funding debate is a huge challenge, the value of a network should be derived by the people's values engaging in it.

Well he's right but staying home for now ain't the solution, we need to keep going for the job until there won't be work anymore and once there ain't work anymore, we will have to face cryptocurrencies and invest. Not only money but also our time and live with çryptos
