The Focus system will be changed a few times somewhat soonish probably. This is what I heard in the last Townhall, the Focus might change intraday or in between games, to keep everything spicy, but it's hard to calculate the impact on the economy and therefore they try to make small incremental steps with Wait-And-Check / Recap periods in between. I'd agree with that, you need to let it roam and see what it does to the market and the game. All those leagues, now M/W, Card prices, and rental prices can all be affected by the tiniest changes.

I like spicy :) What is interesting is that all of these constant changes make the long-term goal more important than the short-term, so hopefully people understand the opportunity and increasingly become owners, rather than renters. This goes for everything of course.

The more you own, the more you can rent. Maybe own a farmhouse, rent a flat in the city of your choice and rent out a flat in the city next to you. But I'm not sure how cool farmhouses are in Finnland, might be a lot of work due to your strong winters.
