More Than Steps. My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2022

It was a day of a lot of mental activities. Quite exhausting to the brain. It started with me forgetting to turn the Actifit app on. So, nobody and nothing counted my steps as I loaded the winter tires onto the backseat and went for the tire changing service. The one they took off could legally go through another winter but a change would sooner or later be necessary,  anyway, and who knows if thos time next year I would be more eager to spend...

And who knows how bad this winter is going to get. Don't bet on mild winters.

That was before doing any of said tiring mentating. It was just...tiring. Tiresome. Tire-related.

Then, after lunch, I had this important do not mess up task of becoming part of the inflation in certain regions and with certain products. Trying to stay above the waterline in this bloody red ocean.

Too tired to double check twice.

Later, I was physically fresh enough, though, so this time, hungry but before I cooked dinner,  I did some stretching, pull-ups, too. I decided to start a spreadsheet where I  would monitor my daily activity in all kinds of sports and exercises I engage in.
