Hello my dearest #Splinterlands community, happy start of the week and I say this despite being Tuesday because yesterday due to problems with my internet I could not publish as I wanted hehehehehe, but well I'm here today to present a new entry for the weekly dynamics of the community; this time I decided to get out of my comfort zone and I wanted to try something a little different from what I usually do. I decided to make a little adaptation to the main character of the Byzantine Kitty card, but trying to make her adopt a half human-half cat hybrid appearance; I had been thinking about doing this with a card for a while, but I hadn't found the right one until now:

>*Que tal mi queridísima comunidad de #Splinterlands, feliz inicio de semana y lo digo a pesar de ser día martes pues ayer por problemas con mi internet no pude publicar como quería jejejeje, pero bueno estoy aquí el día de hoy para presentarles una nueva entrada para dinámica semanal de la comunidad; esta vez decidí salir un poco de mi zona de confort y quise probar algo un poco diferente a lo que habitualmente hago. Decidí hacer una pequeña adaptación al personaje principal de la carta Byzantine Kitty, pero tratando de que adoptara una apariencia hibrida mitad humana-mitad gata; tenia tiempo pensando en hacer esto con alguna carta, pero no había encontrado la indicada hasta ahora:*

As this would be an adaptation to a slightly more human style, I spent a long time trying to create a character that would transmit that slightly tender and delicate appearance, I made several sketches until I finally got one that I liked in every aspect; starting to paint was the next step and here I took a little longer, because I had to find colors for the skin for example that were a middle ground between the two aspects of the character I planned to create.
>*Como esta se trataría de una adaptación a un estilo un poco más humano, pues estuve un largo rato tratando de crear un personaje que transmitiera un poco esa apariencia ligeramente tierna y delicada, hice varios bocetos hasta que por fin logre uno que me agrado en cada aspecto; comenzar a pintar fue el siguiente paso y aquí me demore un poco más, pues debía encontrar colores para la piel por ejemplo que fueran un punto medio entre los 2 aspectos del personaje que planeaba crear.*

I finished painting the skin with a little more reddish colors mixed with a little more salmon tones, I established several layers to create a very realistic skin textures, but at the same time I blurred slightly so the strokes didn't look forced or something like that; I added a little blush to the cheeks and right there I created a new layer to start painting the eyes and details of the cat's mouth of the character. For the hair I decided to use a pale yellow tone to paint a short rounded hair around her neck.
>*Termine pintando la piel con colores un poco más rojizos mezclados con tonos un poco más salmones, establecí varias capas para crear unas texturas de piel muy realista, pero a la vez difuminaba ligeramente para que los trazos no se vieran forzados o algo por el estilo; añadí un poco de rubor a las mejillas y justo allí cree una capa nueva para empezar a pintar los ojos y detalles de la boca de gato del personaje. Para el cabello me anime a usar un tono amarillo pálido para pintar un pelo corto en forma redondeada alrededor de su cuello.*

Once I finished with the hair the next thing I did was to continue creating what would be the clothes or clothing that my character would wear, I decided to take advantage of the base color of the hair and use a slightly more sandy color to create a kind of dress of several parts; little by little I added a little color and one or another layer mode to texturize everything looking a little more elegant.
>*Una vez termine con el cabello lo siguiente que hice fue continuar creando lo que seria la ropa o vestimenta que usaría mi personaje, decidí aprovechar la base de color del cabello y usar un color un poco mas arenoso para crear una especie de vestido de varias partes; poco a poco fui agregando un poco de color y uno que otro modo de capa para texturizar todo con apariencia un poco más elegante.*

After the dress I just went on and created a layer in the back part of the character to start painting the big and shiny wings of (Byzantine Kitty), this didn't take me much time, although it took me several layers; I created a base in a gray with a tendency to purple tones and then with super dark grays and also super light grays I achieved the individual texture of the feathers. Finishing with the wings I took advantage that I was in the lower layers and painted a blue sky style background with some clouds in yellowish and orange tones.
>*Después del vestido solo me pase y cree una capa en la parte más atrás del personaje para comenzar a pintar las grandes y brillantes alas de (Byzantine Kitty), esto no me tomo mucho tiempo, aunque si varias capas; cree una base en un gris con tendencia a los tonos purpuras y luego con grises super oscuros y también super claros logre la textura individual de las plumas. Terminando con las alas aproveche que me encontraba en las capas mas bajas y pinte de una vez un fondo con estilo de cielo azul con algunas nubes en tonalidad amarillenta y naranja.*

I planned to leave everything as it was, but then I thought it would be a good idea to complete the whole card and so I decided to create the 2 winged creatures that accompany Byzantine Kitty, I tried to make them quite simple so that the drawing did not look too overloaded and above all because the character in front should be what stood out the most; finally a couple of final layers of glitter finished complementing my drawing.
>*Planeaba dejar todo tal cual estaba, pero luego me pareció que sería buena idea completar toda la carta y por ello me anime a crear a las 2 criaturas aladas que acompañan Byzantine Kitty, trate de hacerlas bastante sencillas para que el dibujo no se viera muy recargado y sobre todo pues el personaje de adelante debía ser lo que mas resaltara; finalmente un par de capas finales de brillos terminaron de complementar todo mi dibujo.*

This has been all for today's drawing my dear people who love card games, it's the first time since I participate in the weekly dynamic that I make a change or adaptation of character like this, I wasn't sure if it would look good; but finally I love the final result and I hope you will also like it a lot.
