Hello my people and I hope you are very very well, hopefully you have had a full productive week and are welcome once again to another of my Friday drawings, today I want to present something very cool that I made on the theme of magic and I finished a couple of days ago, it is a powerful sorceress which appears to be an ordinary person, but within herself hides powerful abilities which sometimes she herself is difficult to control:
>*Hola mi gente y espero que se encuentren muy muy bien, ojalá hayan tenido una semana full productiva y sean bienvenidos una vez mas a otros de mis dibujos de viernes, hoy les quiero presentar algo muy cool que realice sobre la temática de la magia y que termine hace par de días atrás; se trata de una poderosa hechicera la cual aparenta ser una persona común y corriente, pero que dentro de si oculta unas poderosas habilidades las cuales en ocasiones a ella misma se le dificulta controlar:*

My idea for this drawing was to create a kind of witch or sorceress, but not as the typical movie witch, but more like a common person who can go unnoticed without anyone imagining what she can do; that's why I decided to draw this character as a pretty woman named Dulce practicing some powerful spells. For this character I practiced a little bit a new way of painting with some tutorials I was watching on YouTube, and I used some more reddish and orange colors to print some warmth.
>*Mi idea para este dibujo era el de crear a una especie de bruja o hechicera, pero que no se viera como la típica bruja de película, sino que se viera mas como una persona común que puede pasar inadvertida sin que nadie se imagine que puede hacer; es por esto que decidí dibujar a este personaje como una linda mujer llamada Dulce practicando algunos poderosos hechizos. Para este personaje practique un poco una nueva forma de pintado con algunos tutoriales que estuve viendo en YouTube, y use algunos colores más rojizos y naranjas para imprimir un poco de calidez.*

I established all the base of the parts of the drawing and after that I was concentrating on building very very well each area in different layers, first what I did was to shape the skin and the face more specifically, for this as I mentioned before I used red tones mixed a little with the skin tones to achieve a more natural volume and texture in the skin; then I was printing a light blush on the cheeks for a much more feminine touch for Dulce. After having a good base for the face I only dedicated myself to create the expression on the face of the character, for this I used some purple and light violet tones to create a very special and unique look; with some sparkles that I would increase with top coats and some other filters.
>*Establecí toda la base de las partes del dibujo y luego de ello me fui concentrando en construir muy muy bien cada zona en diferentes capas, primero lo que hice fue dar forma a la piel y al rostro mas específicamente, para esto como mencione antes use tonos rojos mezclados un poco con los tonos piel para lograr un volumen y textura mas natural en la piel; luego fui imprimiendo un ligero rubor en las mejillas para un toque muchísimo mas femenino para Dulce. Después de tenar una buena base para el rostro solo me dedique a crear la expresión en el rostro del personaje, para esto use unos tonos morados y violetas claros para crear una mirada muy especial y única; con ciertos destellas que iría incrementando con capas superiores y algún que otro filtro.*

The painting of the character's clothes was what I liked the most of the process, this because I took the liberty to play a lot with the brushes and especially with the textures, I used several different textures intermixed which then blurred a little to have a reference; then with a brush (Krita) of edges like threads I was creating a little shiny texture on the pants and some areas of the shirt. The use of brown and khaki tones was great since both colors make a perfect contrast despite being of a very similar range; finally I added a couple of slight shimmers to resemble a cotton-like fabric.
>*El pintado de la ropa del personaje fue lo que mas me gusto del proceso, esto pues me tome la libertad de jugar mucho con los pinceles y sobre todo con las texturas, use varias texturas diferentes entremezcladas las cuales luego difumine un poco para tener una referencia; luego con un pincel de (Krita) de bordes como de hilos fui creando un poco de textura brillante en el pantalón y algunas zonas de la camisa. El uso de tonos marrones y caqui fue genial ya que ambos colores hacen un contraste perfecto a pesar de ser de una gama muy similar; finalmente agregue un par de brillos leves para asemejar el pantalón a una tela como de algodón.*

The hair was quite simple and I decided to use a purple tone to give a different and more personalized touch to the style of my usual drawings, then the book and the magic wand was a bigger challenge since I spent a long time trying with the wood textures to print the wand in a very realistic way. Now for the final part we arrive to the section where I took the longest and it is about the scenery of my work, I had thought first to make a kind of mountain scenery and even drew some strokes for it, but then I regretted it because I did not like how it was getting; that is why I decided to make a forest scene with trees and here I could manage better and I saw that the work made more sense.
>*El cabello fue bastante sencillo y decidí usar un tono morado para dar un toque diferente y mas personalizado al estilo de mis dibujos de siempre, luego el libro y la varita mágica si fue un reto mas grande ya que estuve un buen rato probando con las texturas de madera para imprimirle ala varita de forma muy realista. Ya para la parte final llegamos al apartado donde más me demore pitando y se trata del escenario de mi obra, tenía pensada primero en hacer una especie de escenario de montaña e inclusive dibuje algunos trazos para ello, pero luego me arrepentí pues no me gusto como iba quedando; es por ello que mejor decidí hacer un escenario de bosque con árboles y aquí si me pude desenvolver mejor y vi que la obra cobraba más sentido*

I created bushes and trees in the back, with a big oak tree in the center, but the real challenge was to create big flames which were the result of a powerful spell of Dulce while she was practicing; I softened the flames a lot to try to make them look as realistic as possible and I loved how good they were. Finally I added some soft sparkles to the flames and especially in the eyes; I also created on the magic wand an effect like violet magic energy emanating from it.
>*Cree arbustos y arboles en la parte de atrás, con un gran Roble en el centro, pero el verdadero reto fue el de crear grande llamas las cuales fueron resultado de un poderoso hechizo de Dulce mientras practicaba; suavice mucho las flamas para trata de que se viera lo más realista posible y me encanto como quedaron de bien. Por ultimo añadí algunos brillos suaves a las flamas y sobre todo en los ojos; también cree en la varita mágica un efecto como de energía mágica violeta emanando de ella.*
