<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Los abdominales se trabajan de muchas formas, actualmente existen o se han desarrollado distintos métodos de entrenamientos para trabajar estos grupos musculares los cuales son bastante difíciles de desarrollar, no es tarea fácil tener un abdomen marcado, esto requiere de mucho esfuerzo, disciplina y horas de entrenamientos rigurosos.</div>
