Many times we let the emotional charges and negative vibrations consume us, that is why I have put as a practice during these last months the smile therapy, if the smile therapy, that is my new weapon to appease all those emotional saboteurs that day by day want to come to bombard our desire to move forward.

These months have been a test of life for many of us, the global pandemic situation has made us reflect on many things and this is the perfect time to renew ourselves and focus on the things that really lead us towards our goals.

Life of many turns, sometimes we are not aware of the impact of any decision we have made, that is why when you decide to be happy in such difficult and uncertain times like these is where you approve our emotional strength and our determination to want to get what you want, for that and many other reasons, I invite you to smile every day before life and everything around us whether good or bad.

Life is one, today we are and tomorrow we will not know, anything can happen, everything is uncertain, if it is written in our destiny be assured that everything that has to happen under the clouds will happen.

Be happy, smile, embrace your loved ones, because in those little things is where you enjoy those little pleasures of life.

Muchas veces dejamos que las cargas emocionales y las vibraciones negativas nos consuman, es por ello, que he puesto como práctica durante estos últimos meses la terapia  de la sonrisa, si la terapia de la sonrisa, esa es mi nueva arma para aplacar todos aquellos saboteadores emocionales que día a día quieren venir a bombardear nuestras ganas de querer seguir hacia adelante.

Estos meses han sido una prueba de vida para muchos de nosotros, la situación de pandemia global nos ha hecho reflexionar sobre muchas cosas y este es el momento perfecto para renovarnos y enfocarnos en las cosas que realmente nos conducen hacia nuestros objetivos.

La vida de muchos giros, algunas veces no tenemos conocimiento del impacto de alguna decisión que hemos tomado, es por ello que cuando se decide ser feliz en momentos tan difíciles e inciertos como estos es donde se pone a prueba nuestra fortaleza emocional y nuestra determinación para querer conseguir lo que se quiere, por esa y muchas otras razones mas, les invito a que cada día sonrían ante la vida y todo aquello que nos rodea sea bueno o malo.

La vida es una sola, hoy estamos y mañana no lo sabremos, cualquier cosa puede pasar, todo es incierto, si está escrito en nuestro destino ten la seguridad que todo lo que tenga que pasar por debajo de las nubes ocurrirá.

Sean felices, sonrían, abracen a sus seres queridos, porque en esas pequeñas cosas es donde es disfrutan de esos pequeños placeres de la vida.
