<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad <a href="https://hive.blog/trending/hive-189157" > Full Deportes</a>,   en esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes parte de mi progreso en el salto de cuerdas, para muchos saltar la cuerda puede ser algo bastante fácil y divertido, pero para mí fue todo un reto, puesto que cuando estaba en mi mejor condición física no saltaba la cuerda, ahora que he retomado con disciplina mis entrenamientos llevo unos cuantos meses saltando la cuerda.</div>

 <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">Greetings dear friends of the  community <a href="https://hive.blog/trending/hive-189157" > Full Deportes </a>, in this opportunity i share with all of you part of my progress in jumping rope, for many jumping rope can be something quite easy and fun, but for me it was a challenge, since when I was in my best physical condition I did not jump rope, now that I have resumed my training with discipline I have been jumping rope for a few months now.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Tengo ya un buen progreso, debo admitir que no quería compartir los otros videos que había grabado, puesto que ahí si se notaba el sobre peso que tengo o mejor dicho “tenía”, tuve que experimentar en carne propia lo del descuido de mi salud física para darme cuenta que el amor propio siempre debe estar de primero.

Mi mentalidad ha ido teniendo una serie de transformaciones positiva en cuanto a mi estabilidad emocional y amor propio. Para mi todo esto representa un gran logro para mí, desde bajar de peso como el aprender saltar la cuerda de manera efectiva.

Este ejercicio era uno de los que más me gustaba pero es mi mayor enemigo, se trabaja muchísimo aunque no lo parezca y para la perdida de peso es un tremendo ejercicio.

Como anécdota en mi adolescencia había una película de Disney sobre el doble salto, esto me hizo tomar una cuerda y aprender a llevarle el ritmo y aprender unos trucos 😂.

Podría llegar a ser una buena iniciativa en la comunidad el que nos compartan cual es el mejor truco que sepan hacer con la cuerda, sería divertido.
