TARTLETS WITH MUSHROOMS.

Mushrooms – 300 gr.<br>
Onion – 1 PC.<br>
Sour cream – 100 ml.<br>
Hard cheese – 50 gr.<br>
Olives – 50 gr.<br>
Salt, black pepper – to taste<br>
Tartlets – 30 PCs.<br>

Method of preparation:<br>
Onion peel, finely chop, lightly fried in vegetable oil.<br>

Mushrooms clean, finely chop. Send obzhivatjsya to the onions, fry on a fairly high heat for 10 minutes.<br>
