Hellooooooooooooo Hivian Pips! Guess what, I am feeling so stressed out from work. Hmmmmmmm..... I think i neeeeeeeed a **BREAAAAK**. I am yawning here and there. Did you know that a **YAWN** is a silent cry for **COFFEE?**  Luckily for me, a very close friend suddenly called and invited us over for a coffee break! Hmmmmm.. just the right timing eh. He sais there is a newly opened coffee shop at the Southern Leyte State University (SLSU) Campus, the **Coffee Prose**, which is managed by *Hotel de SLSU*. Honestly, I wouldn't have known there was a coffee shop in the school grounds. From what I heard, their baked goodies are outputs from the students of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM). Amazingly, the thought is great for it is a major exposure and actual experience in promoting their craftmanship. It was already a little dark when we left the office, we arrived at the shop at around 6pm in the evening, most of their goodies were soldout especially their publicly demand **cinnamon rolls**. Though there were still a few itemd in the counter bar, we ordered just a latte coupled with banana oats muffin (loaded with chocolate chips) and some oatmeal cookies as well. Take a closer look of the Banana Oats Muffin! Wanna take a bite? It maybe small but it was really good and it is overloaded of chocolate chips inside and out. As I always say, everything and anything goes right when there is chocolate!!!! It only took me 3-4 bites to consume it, it was in a pretty cute muffin size.  As I begin to sip down my coffee and smelling the awesooooone goodness of the coffee, I felt my body relaxed a bit. This is exactly just what I need! Oohhhh.. Can I freeze this moment and be inside the coffee bubble for much longer, you also yearn for it right?!  As you can see, the ambience is very very cozy. They have all sorts of instagrammable corners where you can settle down and be comfy with. They have lots of different tables and chairs where you can just sit back and relax any position you want. Probably, this could be a new secret hiding place or hangout to be crowded in (or I hope not?! I want to maintain the peace and tranquility the place is offering.. hahaha). It is a new haven to go to when you want to detach yourself from the reality for a minute or ten. Yeah, let's swim under the addicting aroma of the coffe and enjoooooy its whiff before reality hits us back again.   One of my few constant and lovely BUDDY, **Rosamae**, rolled into photographer/foodie critic/food enthutiast/guidance councilor/traveller/blogger/marengs/life enabler and many to mention... lolz!  Really??? How comfortable do you want it to be? Look, they even have books you can pick and read while they brew out your coffee. The sofa is lovingly hugging me! I knooooooooow! I loooooove that they had used comfy tool sits and put them together to form a mini coffee table. *COOOOOL!* U-huh, they did allowed me to raise my feet higher and do not worry I did checked under my shoes annnnnd no dynomite seen!    Did I also mention that they had perfectly aligned the lights for a better ligthing especially when taking pictures?!! Very impressive one guys. With that, my photographer friend insisted that I continue doing some pose and sit in all possible angles to show it's every side.  There is a spot for everyone, they do have enough chairs for a lot of people who needs the extra coffee boost. Of course, you can take your coffee in any way you want, be it alone or with a group of friends, as they say *the moooooore the meeeeeerier* it gets!  I think it is but mandatory and obligatory to have a **MENU SELFIE** in any place you go especially if you would like to contribute to their success. Yeeeeees! Promote Promote Promote! Because in doing so, you are actually helping the Tourism Economy to even bloom, flourish and soar higher. Once you have spotted a great place, never be selfish not to disclose, do share it so that others may experience it too. Aahhhhh! Looking the the menu, my eyes were centered solely to the **cinnamon rolls**, their most bought items and we missed it that day. So, it seems we still have another reason to come back. And this is my last book shot! If you noticed, I could not let go of the book.
